John told me he would be here on Monday 0/24 at 10:00 AM. He called at 9:30 to say he was on his way. On arrival and after assesing what was needed he completed the work I requested. I then asked him to look at the wiring for anotheroutlet which he did and rewired it correctly. While he was here UPS delivered a pair of whole house surge protectors which he installed in the panel. Work was done properly and neatly and all trash was removed. I will definately use AAROW again and will recommend to others.

They were excellent. Their price was very reasonable. The best word to describe them would be flexible. I had just bought a house, and I had situations. I had asked them to do various jobs that were not part of the original call to them. However, they were very flexible. They gave me a good price. They just went above and beyond in everything they did. When I asked them if they had any experience with home-theater work, they told me that they did not. However, they said they could do the wiring work. They ended up giving me great service. They were good to deal with. There are still a couple of things that I want done, and they will be the first company that I will call.

Everything went just great. He showed up when he said he would, with his helper Mark.I was very impressed with John, his dedication to his work, detail, and such a nice all roundpleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend him to any friend of mine, andwill definitely keep him as my electrician.

This is the fourth job I have use Aarrow Electrical on and cannot say enough good things about John Hezlep and his company. They are always punctual, professional, efficient, polite and care about the quality of their work. On one job, after it was finished (upgrading bathroom ceiling fans), John said the job was much easier than he had originally thought so he voluntarily cut the previously quoted price. Made an appointment with John on the phone for Saturday between 8:30am and 9:00am. By ten am I called john no answer I left a message, as to how far out he was to my place. I never received a return phone call and he never showed.

Everything went as smooth as silk. He arrived, assessed all issues and gave a fair price for the estimate. He even had to leave and come back to get several parts he needed and the price was very fair at $165 for all labor and parts. I will definitely use him again.

Spoke over the phone received an estimate, set up the date made arrangement for someone to be at the home, they never showed up or call, I called Arrow office and was told the person was sick, and they would send someone else on another date. Made another appointment and that other person never showed up and to this date I am still waiting for a call back, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never use them or refer them to anyone!

New pool heater installed at our new home in Florida. . Aarow came at the exact time he said he would, and the work was completed in less than 1 1/2hours. Very neat and clean. No clean up or mess for us to do. . The technician had to remove a small bush, which he did at no extra charge. We were thrilled at the work done and the competancy of the electrician. We would highly recommend Aarrow for any and all electrical work you need to have done. Electrician walked us through a very easy explanation, on how to work the unit(pool heater} The following day my children and grandchildren were enjoying our pool to the fullest. GREAT JOB!!

John the Electrician is a "One Man Band"---he does it all: answering phone calls, setting up appointments, placing and retrieving supply orders; performing installations and repairs; and handling billing related phases as well. While it is credible that he can "do it all", it also can create delays and distractions when involved with a particular job. I praise his knowledge and skill as an electrician. He certainly knows his business. Like other reviewers have cited, he carefully goes over options before initiating any work. He tries to determine his customers' needs and addresses them with possible solutions. This business is in the growing stage. As the business expands John will have the time to focus exclusively on what he does best---applying his trade skills as an electrician. His finished work is exemplary. He not only makes sure that his work is safely installed but takes care that is aesthetically pleasing as well.

Prompt communication and meeting of proposed deadlines.

John worked all day without a break. He is courteous and is very knowledgeable. I will utilized him in the future and recommend him to all my friends!

I had called 4 companies. He was great. The only thing I would have done differently was have him check with me before he did the work. I thought he was putting the plug in up and down and he put it in sideways. He explained why he did it that way and I got it but some people might freak out if somebody did it that way. It was because of the way the metal was put in and it would stick out. He was very nice and wanted to make sure we were happy. It was less than what he originally said it would be. He was a good guy. The price was very fair.

He explained in detail what was required, time and anticipated problems in advance.There were no problems and the job was completed on time.

This was a 1972 mobile home in need of several 220 outlet upgrades to covert to rental property and to meet current electrical safety standards. Electrician satifactorily performed upgrades in line with current safety standards. His work performance was timely and competent. I would not hesitate to hire his services again.
