A medical need suddenly required us to purchase a deep freezer. Inexplicably, there were no outlets in our utility room so the freezer was temporarily in our dining room. This had to change! Also, we had recently purchased a new ceiling light so the timing was good to bundle up these electrical projects. We contacted John, from Aarrow Electrical. He gave a verbal quote over the phone and, although he had a busy schedule, he worked to fit us in relatively quickly. Given our medical storage need, I appreciated this. He and his apprentice arrived on time and worked at a brisk pace. They kept me informed of my options and followed through on my requests. The GFI outlet was quickly installed with no problems. The ceiling light required a bit more work but they removed the old light, installed a new junction box, quick-patched the old location and installed a new light. The installation was tricky but they were patient and the new light looks great.

John and his assistant arrived on time and reviewd what was to be done. Once they understood the job they went to get the required materials. John said they do this so they don't have to make multiple trips for materials. When thay returned they got right into it and spent the next several hours completing the job. Both were professional and you felt comfortable having them in your home. Once finished they cleaned the site leaving it as they found it. I would highly recommed this provider,

Leesburg Electric company turned off the power and pulled the meter so John could upgrade my electrical system . John for got to bring a generator to power up his tools while working on upgrading the electrical system . John did go get a small generator to power up his tools . His helper did put his foot through my garage ceiling after John did say he never nor has anybody that worked with him has put his foot through a ceiling. John did have a contractor come in and fix the ceiling . Other then those few mishaps John did a great job . Don't sweat the small stuff ......

John and Mark were prompt and professional in doing their work. I would have them again.

I called Aarrow on Monday morning when over the weekend I lost electricity in one of the rooms of my house. Prior to calling, I checked the circuit breakers etc. The returned the call promptly, came to the house same day, and found/fixed the issue. For no additional cost, they fixed a couple of malfunctioning light switches. I then had them install a new outlet, which they charged for. These guys were professional and proficient. They are now my electricians for life.

I left a message at night. They called me back the next day and said the owner would call me back to schedule a time for Saturday. I never heard back from them. I decided to go with another company.

Jeff did an excellent job. He came at my convenience, which was late in the day, and the amount billed was approximately what I expected. there was one issue that occurred which allowed him to demonstrate excellent service and principles and I would definitely call him back if I need repair again. My ice maker was leaking internally and water was also leaking from under the fridge and I may not have made that clear when I explained the situation. After his initial visit, during which the ice maker was replaced, water was still leaking from underneath. When I called and told him, he came out on a Saturday morning, repaired that leak, and charged me for the part only; he did not charge a second service call.

This is about the fifth job John has done for us and we would not consider using any one else on any electrical work. He is professional, polite, always on time, promptly returns calls and is reasonably priced. To say we have the highest regard for his quality and integrity would be a big understatement. Consider it very simple things to be fixed

The first time, I had to call John couple of times before he returned call. 3 jobs in one week. He is very thorough, professional, and feel he is honest. Definitely recommend and would use John again.

I recently had my Main Electrical Power Box replaced in my home, after reviewing Angies List I contacted Arrow Electric. From the initial telephone call till I handed them a check we were treated in a most professional manner. I made an appointment for an estimate and they were here as schedule. During the estimate process, they provided helpful advise but was not "sales" pushy. We contacted Aarrow Electric a couple days later and set the date for the work to be done. A couple days prior to the work being done I was contacted by Aarrow Electric to confirm the date and I was walked through the process of coordinating the shutting off of the power with the Power Company. On the day of the work they arrived on time and went to work. During the estimate process we were told that the project would take about 8 hours, they started at about 9:30AM and we were contacting the Power Company at about 4:30PM to come out and reconnect power to the house. By 5:30-6:00PM the Power Company was gone and I was writing a check for Aarrow Electric. A most pleasant experience, John was very professional and easy to work with and the most importantly "not pushy". I will be using Aarrow Electric again and I would highly recommend them for all of your electrical needs.

Because of the wonderful job done by Aarrow Electrical the last time, I called again, this time to have a power box changed out in a sauna. John arrived on time, did the work and now the sauna works perfectly! I will call them again if I ever need any electrical work done.

I emailed the firm over a weekend and got a response over the weekend. I called on Monday am and requested an appointment for that afternoon. The technician called before coming, made an educated guess as to the problem and gave a quick estimate. They arrived within an hour of the call with the proper part and it turned out his educated guess was correct. It was a faulty sensor which he replaced. They checked and cleaned all the connections cleaned up the work area and happily accepted the Angies List coupon.

We received excellent service. John was on time, worked in a timely,efficient, pleasant, professional manner, cleaned up after the job and did the work for the estimated price. We just bought a home that was 12 years old and some of the smoke alarms were in disrepair. John replaced all the original smoke detectors with new models which have battery compartments located on the side of the unit and that can be accessed without removing the smoke detector from the ceiling = much easier to change batteries. At my request he installed a new detector in the highest part of the ceiling which did not have one (builder didn't include a detector that covered the dining room or living room which have 12 foot ceilings). This new detector and one of the original detectors that was replaced in the hallway on the other side of the house detect both smoke and carbon monoxide. We most certainly would use this company in the future.

John & Mark arrived on time and spent the entire day working. They did an excellent job and even cleaned up when they were finished (a rarity these days). They were polite and worked diligently to get the job done. I even asked John to look at some other things that weren't in the scope of work and he did so. I would certainly call Aarrow again for any electrical work I need performed.

The service was great. They were right on time and they were very courteous. They were extremely professional as well.

It would have cost three times as much from Home Depot. Great guy and quality workmanship. I highly recommend.
