+ -1 moreThe cleaning was performed within 3 days of initial contact. Adam was prompt and courteous and phoned ahead before he arrived. He inspected the carpet and informed me that although numerous, the pet stains (of the vomit variety) were easily cleaned because they were not from blue or red food dyes. My carpet looks great! It had not been cleaned in some time and was horribly stained. I will be using Logan's again for carpet cleaning and I will consider them for other services.
Description of Work: Carpet in master bedroom, great room, den and hallway cleaned and pet stains removed. No charge for the hallway!

Description of Work: I called Logan on a Monday and they were able to schedule me for a full-house carpet cleaning the very next morning. Bob Logan returned my call, and he called again to say he was running a bit late due to an emergency call. However, he arrived at the scheduled time and did the job quickly, efficiently and professionally.

+ -1 moreCalled and spoke with Bob Logan about cleaning the carpet at my rental property, gave me the quote over the phone, said he was available to come the next day!! He called the next day said he would be available at an earlier time, came and did a great job at a reasonable price!! Very pleased, will definitely use them again!!!

+ -1 moreI was given an appointment within 3 days of my call for service. Overall, both service and service person were great. Only minor problem was that he was about 30 minutes late so I had to call to make sure he was coming.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned 3 rooms of all-wool carpet. I am very pleased with the results. The service person spent extra time and effort on a particularly difficult spot with excellent results. The cost was very reasonable.

The technician, Dave McNabb, was prompt, explained everything he was doing and why, and acted in a very professional manner.
Description of Work: Pipe broke inside home. Logan Carpet came immediately and extracted water out of carpet and pad. Set up commercial blower for two days to dry carpet. Just tacked the dry carpet down this A.m.
