What a great experience! On time, as promised, and the technician was very professional and explained the process of how long the carpet would take to dry and not place furniture while wet. Had some really dirty spots and the spray cleaner used did a great job!! Very reasonable cost for the high quality cleaning job.

Called Bob on Monday. Told him I needed two sofa's cleaned plus a chair and two ottomans. Bob said he couldn't be out until Wednesday or Thursday. Called back said they could come out on Tuesday between 10:00 am and noon. I said that would be great. Tuesday his two men were at my home at 10:00. They cleaned the furniture plus a bedroom carpet and a custom made area rug all for a fair price of $295.00. They did a fantastic job. Nice friendly people. Was a very pleasant experience. Would definetly recommend and hire again.

Bob Logan is very professional. He was very polite. He had another situation before he got to my parent's house and he immediately called me to let me know he would be delayed a bit. That is great communication and I appreciated that. He did a fantastic job on the carpets and they look like new. I will use him for our carpet cleaning service in the future.

Bob answered the phone when we called and was very responsive to our needs. He even offered to come out that same day! That didn't work for our schedules so he agreed to come the next morning. We loved his flexibility in scheduling it worked perfect for us. When Bob arrived he immediately went to work. He was a pleasure to chat with and did an amazing job. I wasn't hopeful that anything would save our carpet but he was able to COMPLETELY remove the stain! I'm amazed! We will definitely be calling this company and using them again! I highly recommend them!

Logan carpet cleaning arrived on time and cleaned my stairway, landing and two bedroom. There were two technicians and completed in less than hour. The service included Scotch Guard. I would highly recommend there services for anyone needing their carpets cleaned quickly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable and they are willing to negotiate for added services to meet your price point.

Outstanding from first contact to departure. Initial contact was quick and clear. They accommodated a challenging scheduling request from me without complaint; in fact, they did so eagerly as their schedule allowed. This required a follow up call initiated by them, and they did call back, and again, very timely. They were right on time, and did the job excellently and efficiently. Better than that, they were patient and kind with my small children, and their kindness seemed utterly sincere and genuine. Finally, their price point was better than reasonable, and they renewed our carpets. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I hired Logan Carpet Cleaners to clean my carpets and a recliner. Bob Logan and Dave showed up at the promised time. They were very professional, courteous and kind. They explained the cleaning process and asked if I had any questions. The work they performed was superior to other carpet cleaning companies I've used in the future. What really impressed me was the price. I was charged a very fair price!! I would recommend this company to anyone searching for quality service at a fair price.

For this visit I had an older dog that had been very ill for a few weeks before she passed and the carpet was very soiled in spaces with pet stains. The representative spent a lot of time going over the stains to make sure that it was as clean as possible. We have another older animal and I didn't want to replace the carpet at this time. Logan's efforts made a huge difference in how our carpet looked and smelled and we can get at least a couple more years out of it.

They were running behind but called to let me know. They took their time to check the sofa's label to make sure it could be steam cleaned. We are very happy and pleased with their work and will continue to call on them in the future.

It went good. The guy who came out came right on time and he did a good job with the cleaning. He just did his job and he left. I have no complaints about him. He was satisfactory overall. I did comparative shopping so I called different people and they were the best priced. They are local too and that is important for me.

The stairs were pretty bad even when we first moved in. I didn't think that would be any way to get them totally cleaned and looking like the rest of the house but the whole house came out like new! Even the property management company said they couldn't believe how like new they looked!

Arrived right on time. Two gentlemen inspected the job, got out their equipment, and I left them alone. 45 minutes later all was perfectly cleaned, including some tough stains. The job may have been a bit easier then most because the town house was completely vacant (no furniture to move). But I have also had other carpet cleaning services not do as good as job on the same town house with the same vacant rooms. Will definitely use Logan's again. Prompt, courteous, great results and a fair price. Doesn't get any better than this.

I have been very satisfied with my experiences with Logan Carpet Cleaning Inc. They have very good customer service. They clean all of the carpets in my home. They have been doing this for about 5 years now. The workers are always willing to help.They will move furniture for you. They also did a free sample on my chairs. They are always on time. I will continue to use them in the future.

My carpet looks like new. We had some heavily soiled stains on the carpet and they were able to get them out. They were very professional and I spoke with the owner, who thanked me for the appointment. You rarely get that. They were reasonably priced.

Workman arrived on time and set about the cleaning without delay. We had removed all furniture except sofa, dining room table and large recliner chair. The total cleaning took less time than we anticipated...the carpet look bright and clean and was dry in about four hours. The one problem turned out to be the recliner chair. We frequently move the chair short distances (2 or 3 feet) to accommodate resetting the room for more chairs in preparation for meetings (we have two groups that meet in our home every other week. Such a meeting was scheduled and we moved the recliner about 18 inches .... only to discover that the workman had cleaned around the chair ... thus exposing a markedly different shade of carpet where the chair had been during cleaning. I phoned the cleaning company and got the owner on the line. He said he was just leaving for an appointment and would get back to me later....which he did not do! It seems sad to us that this business owner cares so little about having a satisfied customer and good word-of-mouth recommendations. That he would neglect coming back to spot clean about 2 square feet of carpet.

The company workman turned up on time, introduced himself, and proceeded immediately with accomplishing the job of cleaning our carpet. He was fast , pleasant and finished sooner than we expected. We are happy with the service except for one thing: We had, as much as possible, emptied the rooms prior to the workman's arrival. There was, however, a large heavy recliner chair remaining in it's normal location. We do move this chair a couple of feet occasionally when we add chairs to accommodate a meeting or large gathering in our home. The job looked fine when the workman initially finished. But about four days later we needed to move the recliner about 15 inches in one direction...only to discover that the carpet under the chair had not been cleaned...the contrast was very noticeable. The workman had obviously not moved this chair but had cleaned around it (one person can easily shift the chair). We phoned the owner of Logan Carpet Cleaners and reported the problem. He said he was on his way out of his shopat that moment to make an estimate and would contact me later. That contact has not come. We are disappointed that he is willing to sacrifice an otherwise excellent job (and top recommendation) for lack of what would probably a 20 minute service call to correct the oversight.

We have used Logan Carpet Cleaning for a number of houses and their service is amazing. The carpets look better than brand new when they are done and Bob is a pleasure to work with.
