The plumbing service provided was good, but the cost was higher than I expected for the type of repair. I do think the company cares about taking care of their customers, and they reached out to me to improve the situation. We discussed that they should have done more to size the project upfront instead of immediately sending two plumbers at the higher hourly rate.
