I hired them to install my new kitchen faucet. Leo came out and did a excellent job. He was punctual and Broadway Plumbing provided same day service without an extra fee. The price was reasonable.

They completed the work within an hour of arrival. New water heater works great.

Found a way to complete the project

Brodway plumbing was very prompt in offering their services. I hired them to install an under the sink hot water heater. It was accomplished the next day and for a reasonable price.

Replaced the faucet and probably unnecessarily replaced the valves which doubled the cost. Then when I went to use my perfectly functioning garage disposal it no longer functioned and they did not respond when I called them. Shortly after writing thereview I received a phone call. The helpful hints I was provided resolved the problem. Thank you for the assistance.

Came on time and was done within 2 hours. Cleaned up the area and removed the old water heater. Was$1000 less than a competing bid.

Replumbed house in one very long hot day. Seems to be quality work (permit inspection is pending). Very courteous and careful with details of the work. Good explanation of what needed to be done and risk of breaking a tile panel on tub (but it did not break). Foreman was good at making sure the person working in the attic didnâ t stay up there for long to avoid heatstroke.

Gabriel, the scheduler for Brodway Plumbing Company was professional, friendly, and honest he contact me to request a quote. Gabriel call me again politely and amicably to reschedule to an earlier time and I was able to accommodate the change. Gary, the service technician plumber was professional, lively, and thoughtful (he asked to remove his shoes on our carpet), honest, and, explanatory about the service rendered so that we could understand the work. Gary was organized, detailed, respected, and cared for our house fixtures while he did his job. Once the service was completed, there were no surprise fees and everything was spot on. I am genuinely satisfied with the company Brodway Plumbing and their Polished technicians and schedulers and would 100% recommend it to any family or friends.
