Brodway was there when I needed a water heater replaced same day at a reasonable price.

Good communication. They explained 2 options. The more economical repair has a 90% rate of repairing the problem if not then the 2nd more expensive repair would have to be completed. The 1st option was completed and fixed the leaking faucet. Great honest professional service! Thanks again!

They are very good to work with and do quality work. But without going into detail their pricing is way to high. I know everything is more expensive these days but for a retired couple on a fixed income they should have a special price. Frank Bauman.

The minutè that I sent my request on Home Advisor, I received a call from Bernie at Brodway Plumbing. I was interested in having a new hot water heater installed. Bernie explained the process and cost. He was very understanding and patient with me because I was very reluctant to make the down payment over the phone. He gave me several options until he gave me one that I agreed to. Bernie had a technician at my house same day. I am sorry I didn't get the name of the installer because he was equally as professional and knowledgeable. He had my new hot water heater installed within the hour. He also taught me how to drain the tank once a year. I would definitely use them again. They were a pleasure and reasonable.

I have no problem with the quality of work performed. My problem is with the pricing. I was quoted $175 per hour with a 2 hour minimum plus the cost of parts. What was not disclosed was the exorbitant markup on parts. This was a very small job. I was charged $427 for a few couplings, valves, PVC pipe, and shop supplies. The cost was 3-4 times the price of what Lowes charges. Their excuse was that the parts they supply are **warranted** and they could not **guarantee** new parts bought elsewhere. P.S. These guys contacted me after I went to HomeAdvisor/AngiesList to find a plumber. News flash: if you hire a pro from Angi but do not pay through AngiesList (i.e. you pay the pro directly), Angi is not responsible even though the only reason you hired them was because they were Angi Certified. BEWARE!

They called same day I asked for bids and came out the next day! Gary and Brian were very professional and even recommend something in site that saved me money. Easily fixed what we needed. Will definitely call again if we need plumbers.

Very professional. They fixed a couple of things that a previous contractor messed up. They got here quickly and fixed the plumbing. I've hired them for 3 different jobs now and recommended them to the HOA so others in the community can use this company. Really excellent!
