When I spoke with Roy he was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and made me feel confident about hiring his company to install my new hybrid water heater. The crew of Bernie, Gary and Bryan were courteous, professional, and did an excellent job of installing the unit, and took the time to explain the operation of the unit and app to control it. The installation cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend using Brodway Contracting and will not hesitate to use them again or refer them to friends and neighbors!

Bernie went above and beyond after realizing we still had no hot water he came back after hours no fault of his it was ours .Thats great customer service he could have waited to comeback first thing in the morning instead he came back that evening at 9 pm to make sure my family could take hot showers before work
