This team really excels at customer service. I bought a new 50 gallon water heater. Installation was scheduled promptly and completed before the promised date. The water heater is very good and my installer, Gary, was awesome. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will without a doubt use Brodway for my future plumbing needs.

The entire experience was great. We initially were going to buy a hybrid water heater from a home improvement store and go through them for the installation. We decided to get another quote and used Home Advisor for this. Roy was able sell me the contractors version of the highest quality RheemEcoNet Water heater Sold at the retailer for hundreds less. In addition, Bryan and his installation partner did a tremendous job putting the unit in. To top it off the warranty is better! We loved doing business with this vendor and know you will too.
