Outstanding work. On time. The fact that their technicians are trained by the manufactures is great. They even repaired a major water leak they found in the wall behind the water heater. They worked out a fair repair price since they were already on site for the new unit. They were cleaning as they went and had every part they needed to get the job done. This was completed on the same day I called with the emergency. They will always be my go to contractor. Thanks guys!

When it was time to replace my almost-15-year-old water heater, I had to make several decisions. One was the type of water heater I wanted. After doing some digging around online I decided that a hybrid heat pump water heater would be my best choice. I called 7 companies for estimates. 3 of them didnâ t want to be bothered. The other 4 gave me written estimates. To be fair, I believe any one of those 4 companies would have done a good job for me. I chose Brodway Contracting for the job. They were the first to respond to my request, their price was awesome, their communication was fantastic and the guys they had to install the water heater were amazing After the installers left, the unit malfunctioned. I called right away, left a message, and got an almost immediate response â and this was well after business hours. It turned out to be a bad circuit board â but Brodway was on it and had it fixed the next day. The level of service I received from Broadway was just amazing. From start to finish I am super happy with them, and with my new water heater. Iâ ll definitely do business with them again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Brian was on time and professional. Went straight to work and knew exactly what to do. Fantastic job. I spoke to three other contractors and big box stores re replace water heater. This company had the best price and best customer service. I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

The person I spoke to on the phone quoted a minimum of 2 hours and $175. The repair was to replace a tub/shower diverter which was leaking and causing ceiling damage downstairs. It took one hour, the repairmen were professional and quick. But the cost was $430. When I questioned why the same person on the phone said he quoted a minimum of $175 per hour for 2-hour minimum which was $350 for them to show up. It was not clearly communicated to me and I felt mislead. I never would have accepted the first contractor if I knew it would be at least $350.
