Greg and Erick of Ashley Ryan Flooring were outstanding. They were very profesional and very knowledgeable of the work they were doing. They came in in the morning and did not stop working until they left in the late afternoon. When they left, everything was picked up and the house was clean. Everyone that has come to visit, has made positive comments on the work that was performed. I would highly recommend Greg and Erick to my family and friends.

They came and tiled 3 bedrooms and a master bath in one of my rentals. They did a great job and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I was going to go to Home Depot myself to pick up the tile and they went the extra mile and did it for me. Overall, the pricing and professionalism was great.

Greg did a wonderful job. He was able to start the job earlier than anticipated and finished in time for us to move into our house. The floors and bathrooms look fantastic. Greg was always available to answer any questions. People who visit my house usually ask me who did the floors and comment on how great they look.

We had originally planned to cover our floors with new carpeting. After thinking it over, we decided to use hardwood floors in two rooms. We purchased the wood from Home Depot but decided their installation cost was much too high and they couldn't commit to a date for installation. I found out about Ashley Ryan Flooring thru Angies List. Greg came out within a couple of days, provided some recommendations and a quote that evening. The job was complete within a few weeks. Greg even agreed to finish the first room early so I could surprise my wife. Greg is very experienced and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone!

We obtained Ashley- Ryan from Angie's list due to the number of positive reviews listed. We are now among those who were so pleased with this organization. They arrived on time and immediately began work in a professional manner. At the end of each day, the area was cleaned. Both Gregory and his helper, Eric are to be complemented on their work ethic, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. A neighbor who had hardwood floors installed by another company came to see ours and commented on the beautiful workmanship. We called about a couple of concerns and they were here and fixed within the week. Presently, they have been hired by a friend after seeing the work they did for us and another person asked for an estimate this week. We recommend them without condition. It is refreshing to find young men who are so talented and committed to their trade.

The work is just perfect. It look gorgeous. I called them and set up an appointment. He is very reliable and comes when he says he will. They have good prices and I highly recommend them. I have used other tilers in the past and they don't even compare. I would not use anyone else.

Contacted Greg with Ashley Ryan flooring and was impressed by his presentation and his suggestion for materials. I liked dealing with the owner/installer, as opposed to other quotes I got from other flooring installers. Greg the owner and Steve did a magnificent job of preparing the surface and installing the tile and laminate flooring in both of my houses. It was easy to bounce ideas off of him as you can tell he has a flair for design as well. The floors look great and it was all done at a fair price. I would not hesitate to have Ashley Ryan Flooring do more work for me in the future.

We worked with Chris Crane at ProSource, and had a great experience with them. They have wood flooring from every (or at least near every) manufacturer you can think of, for extremely competitive prices. Chris worked with us closely, let us take our time, and made sure that we left with a floor that we would be happy with.

My initial call to Greg of Ashley Ryan Flooring resulted in an immediate appointment to begin work on the day I requested: the day after Thanksgiving. Greg and his helper (I'm sorry: I don't remember his name) arrived at exactly the time they promised the Friday after Thanksgiving. After they examined the tile, thinset,and grout materials I'd already purchased for the job, they told me the tile company had sold me far too much tile, and the thinset was expired. They feared the grout material was also unusable, but they promised to let me know if I needed to purchase more. I wrote them a check to purchase more materials; they returned and gave me the receipt. Then they got to work with the destruction of the hideous, old white tile and stained, dirty, ancient carpet--all of which I've hated for 12 years. Seven hours later (with no apparent break in between), and they had completely removed the tile and carpet from the entire area. They returned the next day (Saturday) at about 9 a.m.--after a text message informed me they were on their way--and they spent the entire day (about 8 hours) laying the most perfect tile I've ever seen. They lined up the new dining room/living room grout lines with the kitchen tile I layed 7 years ago. The match was perfect. You can't even tell the tile was newly laid--except for dirty grout lines in the old tile (which I have since scrubbed like crazy so they'll match the beautiful Ashley Ryan tiles). They returned on Monday to grout it all--and they even removed the toilet to tile the bathroom floor, and they tiled the closets--all of which I had told them "wasn't necessary." Greg confessed he wanted to do this because he was a "perfectionist about these things." And I informed him, "That's all I ask, Greg: perfection." He agreed. And perfection is exactly what Ashley Ryan Flooring delivered. I now have an enviably perfect tiling job for the lowest bid of any I received. I couldn't ask for more. While he was here, Greg offered to give me an estimate for tiling my bedroom and bathroom. He suggested structural improvements to the bathroom shower pan--and offered to include that work with the tile job. Now I'm saving my money so Greg and Ashley Ryan can come tile my bedroom and master bath with all the tile I have left.

We found Ashley Ryan Flooring Solutions through Angie's List. Just as advertised, Angie's list provided several potential suppliers. However, after reading several reviews, we selected Ashley Ryan Flooring Solutions. It was an excellent choice. From the time Gregory of Ashley Ryan Flooring Solutions came by to provide an estimate to the moment he completed the work, he conducted himself in a thoroughly professional and pleasant manner. The estimate was clear and concise. The work began and ended as scheduled. The work itself involved removing old carpet, padding and baseboard. Preparing for the work included undercutting stonework, door trim and removing some previously laid tile. The actual tile work involved about 400 sq ft of 6 x 24 rectified Italian porcelain tile on concrete subfloor. To match some existing tile work, it was laid with a 3/16" spacing in a brickwork pattern with a dark grout. Even with minor changes in work scope (including moving a bit of furniture!), Greg lived up to the promise we have grown to expect with Angie's list recommendations. Greg was even very engaging with my constant questions, with me being a bit of a "do it yourself" kind of guy! Overall I highly recommend Greg and his company. He does not take shortcuts, pays attention to the details, and there are no surprises from estimate to completion. Changes to scope are accommodated and fairly priced (which are to be expected in a 30 plus year old house) Excellent work, high level of craftsmanship and very good value. One can ask for no more. Ashley Ryan Flooring Solutions will be used again and Greg will be the only craftsmen we recommend for tile work in Florida.

From start to finish, including a continuous clean up process, Greg turned both rooms into showplaces.

He cleaned up when he was done and the entryways looked fantastic. Just what we wanted! The price he quoted was originally $400 but he had asked me to purchase the supplies which I did not get around to doing so asked him to add it to the bill. He also had to replace one of the floorboards as it was damaged prior to the job.

He was on time and did a fabulous job. Watching him work, he more than knows what he's doing---he understands the medium and almost intuitively trims each cut out.

Greg did an excellent job installing my tile floors. He worked to accommodate my schedule and finished the job on-time. He was professional and reliable with scheduling, estimating, and installation. He even went above and beyond by helping me obtain more tiles (I failed to purchase enough due to an error at the store). I would definitely recommend Ashley Ryan Flooring Solutions and I plan to have Greg do future work at my home.

I emailed Greg at Ashley-Ryan Flooring Solutions at about 10pm on a Friday, and he got back to me literally in seconds. After struggling with other contractors who never showed up, this was the first sign I wanted to work with his company. Greg and his assistant showed up promptly when scheduled, he gave me a quick estimate (that was considerably less than I anticipated) and got to work immediately. They worked hard throughout the time they were there, giving my wife and I pointers on how to care for our new flooring, and even leaving us some product to patch it if we ding it up. Greg is punctual, professional, very clearly good as what he does and a very nice guy as well. Highly recommended.

The price was excellent and the quality was excellent. He did a great job, flawless actually. I would recommend him highly. The only problem I had with responsiveness was that he lost my address the first time we had made plans to meet. Other than that, he arrived on time and left on time.

Greg was great he was the only guy I had come out that was actually on time. He underestimated the stairs and still honored his price. It took about 5 1/2 days but he did a great job and finished ahead of schedule. A cleaner was used that left a residue on the floor and he came out twice to make sure it was cleaned off and that we were happy. He has emailed me to follow up that everything is good. He was great to work with and very professional.

The whole experience went really smoothly. Greg and Alex were very proffesional and prompt each time they came to the house. They initially did some work at my in-laws house (a friend referred him) and they did such a nice job I asked him for a quote at my house. For the backsplash, I was able to shop around and pick out my own tiles and design. Greg gave me some tips and price points to keep in mind, and he did a great job bringing my idea to fruition. Greg was able to provide the materials for the flooring. The product he recommended looks great with our furniture, and we felt that the price was very reasonable. So far we love it! Maintenance is easy, and I'm happy to have the dirty carpets gone.

We contacted Greg to give us an estimate and he came out the next day and provided us with a very fair price. We needed approximately 2000 sq/ft of 20x20 porcelain tile installed. He gave us great suggestions on how to make our flooring look its best. Greg was prompt and arrived when he said he would be there each day. He worked 7 days to get the job done. We couldn't be happier with the way it all turned out. Greg made sure each tile was level and properly spaced. We will definitely call Greg for any future flooring needs.

This is the second time we've hired Ashley-Ryan Flooring Solutions. We were soooooo happy with the tile in the family room, that we decided to have him come back to tile another room! Greg was punctual, professional and more than pleasant to work with. The final result is fantastic! We wanted to put tile down in the transiton from an office to a workout room...the result is amazing! When we get the equipment in I'll add a picture. If you hire this company, you won't be dissapointed. Before he left this job we had him measuring out two other rooms to tile. Thanks again Greg!

My wife and I are extremely grateful with the work Ashley-Ryan did in our house . Greg is a truly professional, a perfectionist and have great great custmer skills . Not only he installed the tiles on my sunscreen but also adjusted some lawn sprinklers on my back yard. Overall the experience was phenomenal and we highly recommend him.

I had tried to find a good installer to install my tile on craig's list but had one problem after another. I hired Ashley Ryan to install my tile from Angie's list and everything went great. He told me that Alex his a**'t would be there at 9 and he would be there a little later after his a**'t did some prep work. As he said Alex was there at 9 and he showed up a little late. The next morning he and Alex showed up on time. They did a great job installing my tile and they seem to really care whether I was happy with the job-which I was very happy with the job. They are not there to just rush through a job but take the time to make sure its done right. I am very happy I found Angie's list and these installers.

The owner Greg came out to for the job. He was a perfectionist. The job was done beautifully. Right now, he is putting in travertine floor and shower tiling in our master bathroom. The seams are tight and it looks perfect. He was unhappy with the original tile, which I had returned. Greg then went out and purchased higher quality travertine tile for me. He will also be coming in the future to install both porcelain and wood floors. The bathroom has been completely finished along with the rectified tiling throughout the house, and looks gorgeous. We have already received many compliments. I highly recommend him.
