Greg and Kevin did an excellent job installing 550sqft of tile. I had already been through a few other tile installers for the same project and had nothing but trouble. Greg and Kevin completed the job very quickly and with great quality. I wish I would have hired them first! This was a 0 grout joint installation and there was very little lippage, if any on the 12x24 tiles they installed. Would hire again anytime. Very nice people also.

We hired Greg to lay 24/24 tiles in our master bedroom and walk-in closets. Also, he did a huge backsplash in our laundry room. Greg did an amazing job! From start to finish the project went as planned. He took time to clean up everyday, and started and finished on time. We will hire him to finish a few other projects at our home in the future.

The flooring install came out very nice. Very level with almost no lippage. We decided to spend more for the leveling system which was worth the cost. Gregory was there when he said he would be and finished on time. Cleanup was good but we did have to de-haze after. There were a few small items we wanted to correct when he comes back to do the shower but do not detract from the overall job. We are happy with the outcome and plan to hire again for the shower.

Greg was very professional in every way. He responded quickly to any question that I asked. He was prompt and always courteous. I was very pleased with his work and my bathroom looks gorgeous. I would definitely hire him again.

I can’t compliment them enough. This is the third time I have used them to do work. They have done everything from a full bathroom install to backsplash. Even had them rip out inferior previous builder work and repair. Planning at least one more job once I find the tile!

Ashley Ryan Flooring was so prompt in responding and sending a representative out to quote the job site (on a Saturday, to meet my sporadic availability) that we were able to proceed much faster than we had imagined being able to - within three days of the initial quote request. The price was so affordable that we jumped right on the opportunity. We were pleased to find out that the representative who quoted the job in person was also the installer, which helped ensure consistency and familiarity. The installer also had an assistant that was very prompt and efficient, as well as friendly and professional (as both representatives were). The combination led to installation being even faster than expected, while delivering great quality. Ashley Ryan Flooring was easy to work with, delivered great, prompt, and affordable services, and we are already about to refer friends to them. Thanks to all involved for a great experience!

We've worked with Greg before when we remodeled our upstairs bedroom, loft, and stairway. He did a really good job then and we hired him again to install all new hardwood in the downstairs level of our home. Greg and his assistant(s) got us on his schedule promptly and was always on time and very professional. We are thrilled with the outcome and would whole heartedly recommend him. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, but we're run out of carpeting and have all our hardwood needs fulfilled. He was great to work with !!!

Outstanding job all around. Greg is clearly an expert that works very efficiently. He was able to complete the project in less time than he originally quoted, and the quality is second to none. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the correct grout color to make the wood tile seem just like real wood floors. The new shower/tub looks great as well. I would highly recommend Greg with Ashley Ryan Flooring, and I will definitely use him again for additional tile projects.

Gregory installed the wood-looking ceramic tiles flawlessly, and precisely. Everything looks very nice including grouting. All was done in two days. Nice job!

Greg is great to work with, at the beginning but if you have any issues along the way, there is plenty of pushback. Our problem revolved around the grout. He suggested a higher end more expensive grout because of the color. After he left, there was grout everywhere and took me 5 times to mop my floor to get rid of the grout mess. The grout is discolored in almost every room and there are many different shades thru-out the tile. Greg offered to come back and fix the grout issue and only made it worse. After demanding I pay more than was requested per the contract, I withheld only 5% of the final job and now he will not come back to fix it stating it is a grout issue. He also chipped 5 tiles during the process. This he has promised to come back and fix by filling in the chips, not replacing the tiles. We will see if this happens.

Greg and his assistant showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They both are extremely hard workers. They laid 1,000sf of marble looking 24"x24" Porcelin tile in a diagonal pattern in a 6,500sf house. They also Installed a 4' circle Marble Medallion. I'm planning on having more tile installed and plan on using Greg again. A++ all around. One note is he doesn't have an answering service and obviously can't answer the phone when he's in the middle of a job. He is reliable and does eventually return every call and txt.

Greg and his helper did a wonderful job installing our floors in one day. He was on time, courteous, and cleaned up during and after the job. I would call Greg again in a heartbeat for any other floor install.

Excellent work for installed ceramic tiles that looks like wood. It's a hard job and he have done it in a fast timely manner. Very professional. I had it installed back in 2016 and forgot to put a review. The ceramic installation is so perfect, I always get compliments for the way its installed. I will decently recommend Ashley Ryan Flooring Solutions for anyone who wants their ceramic tiles to be installed.
