He was very thorough in his estimate. He took approximately 15-20 minutes to measure the entire house and gave suggestions when I asked questions. He was very professional and was able a to measure for us a few days after our initial conversation. He's very easy to reach via text messages as well.

Greg and Eric were very easy to work with and we were very pleased. I pulled up all the old flooring, baseboards, and moved appliances to save money. Greg was happy to itemize and deduct those costs. Some tile guys gave me no details in their estimates, just a lump price that included labor and material. Not so with Greg, it was clearly itemized. I was very pleased with the quality and how responsive they were to a few corrections they had to make. Would highly recommend them, and I am in the construction industry.

We had quotes from 5 highly recommended tile installers, but chose Ashley Ryan based on personality and competitive estimate. Greg and Eric were fantastic to work with and the end product is beautiful. Greg's measurements were spot on so we didn't spend too much on the tile. They arrived when they said they would each day and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable as the renovation occured. Greg was prompt in providing the quote and scheduling the start date. Although he lived farther away I was happy he took the installation. His assistant Eric came on the scheduled date and started ripping out the carpet, he was quick and cleaned up as he went along. I made a last-minute request to install a mosaic in my master bathroom and Greg was very flexible and worked with me on the design. The tile and laminate job took A little over a week and they were very good about answering questions and staying on schedule. There were two tile areas that I wanted to redo and Greg worked with me on that too and I was very happy with the way it turned out. Laminate work was done well happy about the way it looks and the transitions between the tile and laminate. Would hire them again and I recommend them to anyone.

Greg installed engineered hardwood floors throughout my house. He was very responsive, and answered all my questions immediately. He started when he said he would, was done in 5 days, and kept a very clean workspace. The floors look great, and I would definitely use Greg again.

Greg was professional, on time and the tile looks wonderful. We would highly recommend him as this difficult job was done perfectly. He and his team are courteous and clean up after themselves. It took him 2 days to level the patio concrete before he could lay tile, we could not be happier with the result.

Called Greg based on the reviews here. He came out the following day and provided our estimate a couple of days later. Reserved an installation date for 4.23.2014. Greg and Eric showed up on time :) and proceeded to remove the current flooring. I left for the day and later in the afternoon Greg sent me a text and pictures to let me know he was finishing up and the floors were installed. I met him there the next morning and they finished up the baseboards before 11:00 am. Greg and Eric were both professional, did a beautiful job on the floors and left my home tidy. Eric even asked if I would give him furniture cleaner to go over my sectional (this was the one piece of furniture I couldn't get moved and forgot to buy plastic to cover it with). The fact that he asked was more than expected and of course I refused to allow him to do that. I highly recommend Ashley Ryan Flooring Solutions. Thank you!

Greg, the owner, is a very talented craftsman and artisan. He is hands-on and worked right alongside with his men. He is very meticulous in planning and in attention to details. Removal of carpeting on concrete floor and on OSB subfloor included removal of all tack strips, leveling and filling cracks, AND removing all baseboards prior to the new flooring installation. Removal and reinstallation of the baseboards was a touch that I had not though about - but resulted in a flush fit without needing shoemolding - and produced a very clean and finished appearance. Installation of the engineered wood on the stairs required special knowledge and expertise. Greg had a unique solution to a very challenging first tread installation. No one could have done a better job. The setup, installation project itself, and cleanup every day met and exceeded all our expectations. We are extremely, extremely pleased with his work, professionalism, and competitive pricing and would recommend him and his company to anyone, anywhere, for any flooring project.

The team was very responsive from the moment that they gave me a quote, until the job was completely finished. They did a great job taking extra care moving my furniture(Which I have a lot) and did an even better job laying the floors! I am very picky, and they didn't mind.. In fact, I could not think of a single complaint about them! They did everything I needed.. in the exact way that I wanted it done! Thanks a lot guys!

Not impressed with the service "I didn't get" as I was never called back. I called and spoke with Ryan who said he was driving and asked me to text him my info and he would call me back to set up a date and time for an estimate. 3 days later......nothing!! I guess the search continues on angies list.

Gregory and Eric really are in a class by themselves. I knew ahead of time I was dealing with a pro but boy he exceeded even those expectations. The entire job was done on time, on budget and with as little inconvenience to us. they took the time to make sure everything was protected. there really isn't anything I could find wrong with this other than that we have no more places for him to come and lay flooring. Guess were going to have to do some tile work with him !!!!

Greg removed about 1300 square feet of tile and carpet. He then installed tile in our kitchen and hardwood in the common areas of our home. He was always on time. The house was always clean. He did an amazing job and we love the results. He charged a fair price and I would recommend him to everyone. When we get around to doing the rest of our home we will definitely use him.

Greg promptly returned my call. He came to my home the following day to complete an estimate. The estimate was emailed to me that evening. He had an opening the following week. Greg and Eric preformed all the work on my home. They were both very professional. My husband was out of the country on business, yet I felt very comfortable with these two gentlemen. I couldn't believe how quickly they completed my floors. I will recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I were very impressed with Ashley Ryan Flooring. The hardwood floors were installed within 2 weeks of contacting them, exceeding my expectations. I got a few bids for this work and found Ashley Ryan Flooring to be very competitive. My husband is an engineer and was amazed at the detail of their work. The craftsmanship was perfect. They did not cut any corners....their work was superior. They cleaned up after themselves both days, again exceeding my expectations. Greg delivered on his promised date of start and ended the job just as agreed. I was able to negotiate a substantial discount on the contract price without sacrificing quality of work. Greg came into a potentially difficult situation with other contractors working on the same house. He was able to work around the constraints and finish the job as promised.

We have very tight timeline and Greg has been all booked up. Greg gave us the advice to select the tiles and managed to install the tiles during the night time and over the weekend. He also installed the transition piece to adjust the height difference between the tiles in the kitchen and those tiles in the family room.

ARFS did a wonderful job installing tile throughout the house - they were very punctual and efficient; accurate and neat, and suggested several design options that truly improved the overall appearance of the install. Couldn't be happier, hope to have him back to finish out the last two rooms that will soon be ready for tiling.

Greg did a very good job on the stairway. He was very particular with matching the wood to the existing flooring. The supplier that he worked through to obtain the flooring did not do a good job of quality control, as the flooring they ordered to match our flooring was so far off that it looked like wood for a completely different job. Greg stayed on top of them to ensure that they corrected the mistake and was able to get the job done, a bit late, but beautifully. His workmanship was very good and he gave us a very good price on the job. I received bids from two other contractors and his was the best price, but more than that, his personal involvement and commitment to doing the job right was extraordinary. I would highly recommend him.

Greg is great to work with and he is very particular about his work. He, and his assistants, are professional and conscientious. Fortunately for me, Greg was able to start the project on short notice to meet my requirement by working around his planned time off. His assistant Steve, who is great by the way, started the job by taking up the old flooring including carpet and tile while Greg was away with family. The following day Greg, Steve and another employee showed up right on schedule to start laying the wood flooring. By the end of the day the flooring was in place and it looked great. Saturday morning the three again showed up at the agreed time and completed the project by midday with installation of the baseboards and finishing trim. I appreciate that they cleaned up completely at the end of each workday and made sure I was satisfied before packing up to leave. The floors are beautiful, straight on long runs from entrance through main living area, flowing perfectly from the front door through to the back patio. It is obvious they all take great pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Greg and the Ashley-Ryan team for a flooring project ? in fact, I already have!

Gregory (Master Installer) is extremely good. He is a highly skilled craftsman and is very particular about his work. He, and is assistant Eric, were very professional and started the job within a day of receiving the contract and moved swiftly to completion. Part of the reason for this is probably due to the fact that he is booked months in advance and was only able to do it the week we wanted because other circumstances made the week available. They kept things very clean and cleaned up completely every night. When they left for the last time, the place was spotless. The floors are beautiful and straight as an arrow across runs approaching 40 feet and flows perfectly from the front door through each room to the back of the house. They are superb artists who take great pride in their work...and they should. We have 2 rooms we did not put down wood in. If we ever do, we will call Gregory. We highly recommend him.

I found Ashley Ryan Flooring Solutions on Angie's List and called because of their "A" rating & the good fortune of living nearby. The owner, Greg Sankey came over immediately to assess the previous damage and take measurements. I liked that he listened to my concerns and offered workable solutions to the problems involved. He emailed an estimate later that afternoon and followed up promptly on any questions I had. I was impressed with his confidence, knowledge of his craft and eagerness to work. He arranged for me to meet with his supplier at ProSource to shop for a similarly shaded travertine than the one I was attempting to salvage. ProSource is awesome as well plus the rep actually met me early on a Saturday morning on his day off so as to get the product ordered for Greg to get started ASAP. The job took a full 7 days actually finishing a day earlier than originally quoted. He and his team were punctual, very hardworking, pleasant and respectful of my space always leaving my place as tidy as possible considering the messiness of the job itself. Besides being a master of his craft Greg is a perfectionist and it clearly shows in the evenness of my flooring as well as the exacting mitered edges of the new baseboards. It took his expertise and professionalism to correct what needed to be done. I now have beautifully updated smooth travertine floors!
