My experience since then has been nothing short of spectacular, ranging from a (i) critical site evaluation of the legacy fenestration system that discovered a host of air and vapor penetration issues to (ii) presentation of options ranked by anticipated return of investment driven by wind and impact resistance ratings. Junior, who was great, came out a day later than scheduled, and said it was a warranty part. I could not get anyone from there to let me know how long it will take. Finally, after multiple calls today, they told me the part would get there in 7-10 days hopefully and then they would message me. Seriously? My husband is on dialysis and needs a good house temperature."
