It took forever to get the permit approved. The inspector had to come back multiple times. About 4 months total. Now after 7 months, the A/C is not working. Junior, who was great, came out a day later than scheduled, and said it was a warranty part. I could not get anyone from there to let me know how long it will take. Finally, after multiple calls today, they told me the part would get there in 7-10 days hopefully and then they would message me. Seriously? My husband is on dialysis and needs a good house temperature.

Hired this company for roof replacement and used a PACE finance program. Since they are on the approved company list, we figured it was a safe bet. They were $3k more than other companies that came out to give us a quote but we were looking for quality work. After we got through all the HOA approvals. I was told they could not get the tile until May. At first, they were very responsive, even their little minion Steve who scouts clients was calling nonstop trying to get our business. Once they finally started on our roof, it is been a nightmare. I keep getting excuses and a run around from Elizabeth and Gil. Phrases like you have my word have been used for the last 6 weeks when discussing completion. The roof is holding up 3 other projects and they have no sense of urgency. It is always something. First, the tile was unavailable, then it got loaded but delivered to the wrong address, etc. It is always been something. I guess that they over-committed themselves, took on too many projects, and did not have enough workers to complete them. It is been about 6 weeks and my roof still is incomplete. My neighbors had their roof completed in a week so I know this project should not take that long. This company is a mess. I do not recommend them to anyone. The roofers do not speak a lick of English so that creates more issues when they are working. Find another company for your roofing needs. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and will not complete your project in a timely fashion. Horrific company. Wish I could go back and hire someone else. They also left all their materials in my walkway until I made a stink about it and they came out and moved it. gave me pushback on the timeframe for permits, inspections, completion, etc. just awful.

He re scheduled and was late. He put my frame up and was not line up right. He was asking for money which was $150. He asked what she was paying Angi. He told us that he was under paid. I had to hire someone else to fix the project. I feel un safe with him knowing.

I bought an A/C from USA Home Improvement in 2019, and the darn thing broke in the middle of the summer 2020. What a disaster. I was under warranty, but they still charged me hundreds of dollars in all sorts of other fees and costs to do the repair to their faulty install. I also signed up for a service contract when I bought the new unit, and they refuse to show up for my free maintenance. They have rescheduled me 5 times now for my maintenance, and every time they have a dumb excuse about why they could not show up - literally one time the tech said *oh, I found a dog*. Seriously. These people are not professionals, they do not care about customer service, and they do not deserve your money.

USAHI It did not meet the promised times, I hired in January 2021 and they have not yet finished the installation nor do they give me an answer if the city approved the installation. We are very unhappy with that company.

Start to finish, from Consultation to installation, we have been kept in the loop, and they exceeded expectations for us. Permit obtained, Job completed several weeks before we even anticipated. Steve, Avner and the whole crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our experience with Steve was as easy going as one could hope for. Sales and installation was as promised and completed within the time frame. Would definitely recommend them to friends or family .

worst company ever. Very good until I signed the contract. Donna / Francisco / Elizabeth (person in charge of my project) not helpful at all. Needed to sent several emails to get a respond. they did not follow up with my case. was rejected and I found out that I was rejected because I went to see the city Building department. I told them that I was rejected to weeks ago and then they called me to tell me about the issue. I already knew, I was the one to tell them about it. They submitted for approval a wrong floor plan, a plan that was not my house. One of the reasons that was rejected. BCPA did not match with what they sent. After all these issues she told me I was the one that had to fix the problem. I got in contact with the city engineer and he was the one that explained everything to me, and told me is the company that needed to resubmit everything again and the company said no, that they do not do that. it has been another 2 weeks and I am still waiting for a response for the other appointment or re submit my window project or give me the release of the contract but they do not reply or give me an option. ..just missing in action.

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Mr. Shay performed an installation of a motor , charged me $450 for a 60 USD motor and he installed the motor wrongly, I paid that amount because he said that the problem would be solved with that motor. after 2 hours later, I noticed a lot of water running from my AC . He did not test it after installation . I called him at 4 p.m. on Friday and he said that i had to wait until Saturday. I called the company as instructed by him,. They asked me to wait until Saturday before 5 p.m. I got desperate and called another company. The motor was connected to a 24 volts instead of a right power line , So I have to pay another company because this guy did not test his job. a terrible job !!! I can understand a mistake , but he did not care about his terrible job and refused to return to repair it even when I begged him to return and inspect the terrible job he did. so I had to turned off my AC on super hot day. Thant night we could not sleep. DO NOT EVEN CALL THEM!!! Terrible Terrible!!!!

The entire service from beginning to end was seamless. The installers were very clean and professional. Sales Manager Shay Benhamou delivered as advertised. The ESW windows look great and are high quality.

I want to thank Lia at USA for her professionalism . I got Liaâ s number through a friend who previously worked with her and was very content with his impact windows. I called her to get an estimate for my momâ s place and after Lia left my momâ s house my mom called me to say how impressed she was by her presentation. The installation and final inspection were done last week and my mom couldnâ t be happier with her new windows. Now I can rest assure I wonâ t hear my mom complaining about whoâ s going to help her putting her shutters up.
