Neil came to my house a week before and gave me a written estimate to clean my many windows outside. He also gave me a date and approximate time he would come. He showed up as promised and cleaned all the outside windows (which were VERY dirty) and was done in a couple of hours. The view through the windows is now wonderful...you don't even notice that there is glass. Neil also had to combat some of my cactus plants that are under the window, and didn't complain. Neil is professional, courteous, and does an excellent job. I will definitely use him again.

Two young men arrived to complete the job. One was outside cleaning the windows and the other was inside removing screens and cleaning windows. Our house is older and we have the old screens and awning windows. The man inside was bending back the screwed in holders to remove the screens. My husband noticed him doing this about halfway through the job and gave him a screwdriver and showed him how to do it properly without bending brackets. Unfortunately, damage already done on a number of them. At the end of the job, I walked around the inside of the house and found the dirty water drippings down the inside of the walls and around the window frames. I mentioned this to the one who was doing the outside windows and the one who came into collect the check. I also noted that the screens appeared to be only wiped down with a rag and they were still dirty. They were very responsive to this feedback and removed all the screens again and took them outside and washed with a hose. He wiped up one obvious place of dripping, but did not go around and inspect any other windows. I told him that I had wiped up the dirty water from the wall in a number of places while they were cleaning screens. He was happy to go around if I told him to, but at this point I just did not want to have them in the house any longer. After they left, I then started finding dirty water droppings all around the rooms. The windows were very dirty and are old, but I would expect that they would not have made a mess (putting down a towel at the base of the windows while they were cleaning would have done the trick!).

Overall, the job was well done and the price was very competitive. The driveway looked fantastic as did the back patio. After they left, I did notice several missed spots on the house. That's why I gave them a B grade for Quality. I was quite concerned at first, but Neil--the owner--is very conscientious and professional. I called him about the missed areas, and he immediately offered to come back the next morning. He reviewed the job, agreed that the missed areas should have been cleaned, and immediately began pressure washing to finish the job. Everyone makes mistakes. It is how you respond to your mistake that determines your character (and whether I will do business with you again). I would not hesitate to hire Squeegee Squad.

We had our tile roof and our driveway pressure washed. Neil came promptly when we requested a quote, and he arrived promptly to begin work. He did a great job, and we're very happy with the results. He was very professional and courteous and made sure we were happy with his service before he left. We highly recommend his company and will be using him again.

I could not be happier with Squeegee Squad!! After several failed attempts at cleaning my own windows, I finally called Squeegee Squad after reading the reviews on Angie's List. We have a large house (approx 5000sq feet with two-story windows), of which the windows had never been cleaned (our house is 6 years old). Neil, the president of the company, and his crew were completely finished within two hours - much faster than I had expected. I cannot say enough good things about Neil and his crew - professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, and friendly...an absolute pleasure to do business with. My windows look amazing! What a difference. I will be using Squeegee Squad for my window cleaning needs as well as gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and pressure washing going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We have used their services before and were very satisfied. They arrive on time, are friendly and polite, and do an excellent, professional job. They are also very careful and put everything back the way they found it.

The team of two arrived on time to clean our windows, inside and outside. They also removed, cleaned and reinstalled the screens on the windows. Both workers were very polite and professional. When they were working inside the house they left their shoes outside and worked in their stocking feet. They cleaned gutters and put all of the pine needles, etc, in garbage bags and took it with them when they left. They did an excellent job and we would hire Squeegee Squad again.

I called and spoke to Neil who inciated they do service the Port St. Lucie area. He showed up on time and once his estimate was confirmed, work started. Neil did a great job and I would defintely use them again.

They did a fantastic job. The house was starting to look old and some of our vinyl siding had developed some green mold. Squeegee squad responded to my request for an estimate within hours and completed the job the next day. The house looks like new and the price was fair. I would absolutely recommend them.

Excellent. They scheduled the cleaning when it was convenient for me. They gave me a free estimate which they stuck too. They were extremely friendly and curteous and even worked around my sleeping baby which I know create more work for them! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend!

Their estimate was for $225. My overall experience with them was great. They were super timely and they came out the next morning. They gave me a written estimate by email. The price was fair as I have a very big house. I just bought this house. I don't think that anybody had every cleaned these windows and they are looking very filthy. I don't remember seeing the pressure washing in the estimate but I think that they would have to do. Everything was very positive. I was definitely very comfortable with them coming out and doing the estimate. I would be using them in the near future.

The two men were extremely courteous, professional, and overall very friendly. They wore shoe covers in my house and wrapped their ladders with foam pads to not mark up my walls - all much appreciated. They did not clean the window tracks as per our agreement/quote, but I did not catch this until after they had left. I called them the following day and they made an appointment to return asap to clean the tracks. They explanation? They forgot, but I'm very understanding and was okay with that as long as they returned to complete the job. Before that scheduled return, I also noticed that any cob/spider webs were not cleared from the outside windows when the cleaned them. They simply squeegeed under the webs leaving them right where they were. I think this was a big oversight. They could have and should have "cleared the field". I did not request this upon their return as I felt disappointed once again. After cleaning all the tracks (which were done to my satisfaction) and leaving my house, I found a pile of rags outside my living room window in my rock garden which they had forgotten. For being courteous, friendly, and inexpensive they get an A+. Because of the overall lack of attention to detail, the cleaning job gets a C+ from my only.

The 2 young men showed up. They were entirely professional. They were in and out in about 1.5 hrs. I will definitely use them again.

They were about a $100 cheaper than Window Gang and they did a nice job. They were two young people who ran the business, franchisee. They were very pleasant and came in. They did the windows inside and out. They were professional.
