I had used this company for several years and when I called before Christmas was informed they were under new ownership. They sent someone out within a few days to look over the job and get me a quote on price. The price was a little higher than I had previously paid but less than a company I had used in the past. They were unable to book until after holidays. But once I had a date, the work was completed very smoothly. Josh, the owner, and a helper did the work quickly and all windows were clean and streak free. We have very large windows facing west on the intercoastal and even with the afternoon sun there were no blemishes.

Well they did a good job everything is fine so no complaints.

Two techs worked for a long time but left without telling me that two windows were left damaged with storm windows laying inside windows. Window sills were not cleaned and that was one of the things I was most interested in having done. I called Eric Summerville the next day and he came to my house. He acknowledged the problems and took photographs to show the techs. He said he would get back in touch with me to make corrections. After eight days, I had still not received a phone call so I called Squeegee Squad back. I expressed my displeasure to Eric and he scheduled a return visit. In the meantime, I hired a handyman to fix one of the windows as it was on the second floor and I was afraid the screen and storm window were going to fall off. So unprofessional to just leave it like this and not tell me. After contemplation, I decided to not have the techs clean the sills as I was afraid of more damage. They "taped" the remaining storm window down so it wouldn't fall out. I will have to have that repaired also. This was not a professional job and was not handled in a professional manner. I am very disappointed.

The end result was great and I'm so happy I got the windows washed inside and out. I didn't realize how badly they needed it. And the guys worked really hard. Before we set the date for cleaning, Squeegee Squad was responsive and came out right away for an estimate. I didn't even need to be home. They sent the estimate right away and attached their Certificate of Liability, which we found very professional. However, on the day they were supposed to come, they wanted to re-schedule for the following day because their first customer of the day was asking for additional work to be done and the job was going to take longer. I had planned my entire day around being at the house for them to come and felt inconvenienced because of another customer. They called backed and said that they could still come. When they were on their way, they were to arrive at the very end of their time window. I re-scheduled for the following day and they arrived on time. When they arrived, when I expressed how I felt about yesterday, I felt they were defensive. In the end, they did give me an inconvenience discount which I greatly appreciate.

They came the day after I called, arrived promptly, and had the windows in the whole house sparkling in no time. Two very personable young men, very interested in doing an exemplary job quickly and reasonably. I was so impressed that I had them come back the next day to pressure clean a large, very grungy awning above a set of sliders. It looks brand new--no one before has taken the time to clean it that well. Call them. You won't be sorry. The number is 325-7070--it may not be listed properly on some web sites.

It was very good. When we mention that some of the windows were hard to clean, they made a great attempt to get them taken care of.

They sent two men who took great care to not harm anything in my interior. They did a great job especially on 6 large windows facing west on the intercostal. It was very overcast when they were here but next day with sunshine there was not one streak. I had used another company in previous years, they did a good job but wasn't crazy about owners attitude, so decided to check Angie's list, very glad I did as their charge was considerably less and result just as good.

They were horrible. They couldn't get out of here fast enough. They kept trying to leave and I kept having to call them back to do things they missed. I bet I called them back in the house six or seven times. It was horrible. I don't know if they were running late or had to get somewhere else. I would never use them again. I hate to pay people and then have them do a crappy job. I wouldn't do that to them. They were absolutely horrible.

A team showed up. They were professional, prompt, and quick. They did a good job of cleaning the windows. But only the glass. I would have liked for them to have wiped out the window seals as well.

Mike arrived on time. Cleaned all windows and 2 sliders, inside and out. He worked fast and was very neat. It was and excellent experience.

Did a nice job. Did not return for to remove rust stains.

My windows in my 2 story house came out so clean. We just bought the house and the windows looked like they had never been cleaned. They came promptly on time, I would definitly use them again

Neil was very professional and prompt when he came out to do the initial estimate. I liked his price and he said they could do the work within a couple of days which was great. I got a call from Neil to let me know two of his associates were on their way and would be there shortly and let me know who would be showing up. Two associates showed up who were very friendly and professional. We did a quick walk around to confirm the work to be done. They did a great job and I would easily use their company again when I need work.

My husband and I bought a house with a pool and screened-in patio that desperately needed to be cleaned. There was so much black dirt and soot in the patio grout and the concrete around the pool was also black in so many spots. I was worried, quite frankly, that it would need to be treated several times to get everything clean. I queried Neil here on Angie's List on Tuesday and he came out Wednesday to check it out and gave me the estimate on the spot. He came the next day and tackled the job -- and I can't tell you how happy I was to come home to a pool deck and patio that I can finally enjoy! He also gave me an estimate for our windows and front pavered driveway ... oh yes we will be calling him back to handle those!

They were very knowledable and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and we were quite pleased with the job they did. We will definitely use them again.

Unlike your top rated company which I first called and then cancelled because they could not give me a definite price and also due to a change in my schedule but then, one person from that company arrived anyway (this company appeared to be disorganized). He was in his personal car with a small ladder. He would have been unable to reach my windows from that ladder. The Squeegee Squad arrived in two nicely clean logo-ed trucks, the team of workers were nicely dressed in their company logo uniforms. They did the whole house in a short period of time. They even called to see if arriving early would be a problem, which was great. I have 36 very large windows and they did an excellent job cleaning them. Their work is superior and I will use them again. My only complaint is, in their speed of cleaning, they left drops of water on the floors and could have dried the windowsills better. Some used shoe covers but some took their shoes off inside and debris came off their socks. After they left, I cleaned this up which was no problem but would be if I were a disable person. I mention this only for the company's benefit as I am still giving them an overall "A" grade as I love my clean windows.

They are very punctual, friendly, and very professional. They cleaned the windows very clearly and the job is well done. The bad part is, some people are good and some people are not good. They had 3 workers, another worker is very defensive and always say, 'We don't do that, we don't do that.' but actually the primary employee are willing to do everything. They did a great job. I would use them again. Sometimes they needed a push a little bit but they are willing to push and correct it right away.

Every aspect of the work, the personnel, the punctuality was beyond best expectations.

I think it was okay. The only issue was that after we purchased it, they never contact us and then we had to call Angie's list and Angie's list got them to contact us. I think we had too many windows for the deal so we just had a deal with them that they would just clean all the outside windows.
