IT went WAY BEYOND my expectations. Neil and his assistant were professional and while I purchased a "deal" @ $99, they went way above and cleaned all the window and door tracks and even swept all webs and bugs from the eaves and around frames of the ENTIRE house. Looks AMAZING. How good? I have already booked them for another cleaning and intend to recommend them to all my neighbors. That good! It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. They arrived on time, were courteous, did a fantastic job cleaning the windows and gutters, and the price was fair. Not much more to say other than I'd recommend them without hesitation, and I'll probably start bringing them out (at least) once a year. Two other things: * There's a huge difference between clean and fairly clean windows; everything is so clear now :-) * If you have gutters, clean them. During the torrential rainstorms we had a month or so ago, I saw water pouring onto my back patio causing a temporary lake that almost made it into my house (I was out there bailing.) At first, I thought it was water shooting off the roof, but I realized the gutters were overflowing. I grabbed a ladder (during the downpour) and looked in the gutters, and the downspouts were blocked with acorns and leaves. I cleared handfuls of that stuff and the water flooded out. I've had gutters for just about a year, and I was shocked by how dirty they were (granted -- I have plenty of trees and squirrels.) Thankfully, I was at home during the storm and was able to rectify it; if the water would have gone up another few inches, I probably would have been wishing that I had flood insurance.

They came at the appointed time and did the job. They were very professional and my windows looked great when they finished. I never realized just how dirty those windows were until they cleaned them. I would use the Squeegee Squad again.

They were phenomenal. They do a great job plus they're personable. They talk to you. They're just great people.

Did a good job of cleaning windows. Howver we had some over spray on the windows from painting and wanted an additional $15 per window to get off. It seemed a little steep for a 5 min job.

These guys were awesome. I communicated directly with the owner. He answered his phone every time. (No telephone tag.) He and his crew showed up exactly on time and they went to work like a finely trained army! They took great pride in their work and did a tremendous job I highly recommend them and I will be calling them again in the future.

The work went okay. It was not bad. They had six guys working together. It was a very clean job.

The service was on time, professional and the two gentlemen were efficient. The windows were all cleaned and, though I hoped it included the window frames, it did not. I understand when purchasing a service for a special price that a customer gets a certain amount of time and I get that. I was very happy with the services that were provided and would recommend Squeegee Squad.

They did a good job. They were on time, worked quickly, and were very thorough.

Neil was very responsive. He dropped by to look at the house and give me an estimate the same day I called. After we scheduled, I needed to change the date at the last minute, and he was able to accommodate me. His crew worked quickly and efficiently, going up on ladders to get my tall second-story windows. The work was good quality, although not stellar (I found a large bug accidentally trapped behind one of my screens). Looking back, I definitely should have had them clean my interior windows, too. A fair amount of the schmutz I thought was outside turned out to be on the inside (I was taught never to touch the glass of the windows lest you leave greasy fingerprints, so I didn't realize how dirty they were — how ironic!).

From the moment we contacted Squeegee Squad we were treated with professional, prompt, and knowledgeable staff members. The 3-member team arrived on time (with a call to let us know exactly who would be coming out), and their manager came a few hours later - which was explained to us beforehand. The guys were fantastic. All of them seemed to do their work with great pride - not something you see too often these days! They were neat (which I appreciated as this is our new home!), professional, friendly, and quick. They pointed out a couple of areas on the windows which had teeny marks on them (I would have never seen them), and explained that they were from construction work when the windows were manufactured. Their were 3 guys that did the job. The outcome of them cleaning was great. I would use their services again.

They were very professional and responsive from our intial call to receive an estimate through our appointment and including a follow up call from the owner a few days after to make sure we were satisfied. The job was done very well and the staff was polite, efficient and professional. They did a great job on one problem window in particular that had stains from a window leak.

With extreme efficiency, the Sqeegee Squad performed their work spectacularly-- inside and outside. They took special care to remove excess caulk from the installation of the hurricane glass and used products that did not scratch the windows. We give them our highest recommendation . Try them and find out. Your windows will look the best in the world!

He first came and gave me an estimate and then came back the next day and did the work. He was on time, paid attention to detail and did an excellent job! He got all the mildew off my patio, deck and windows. It looks great! He was also friendly and polite.

The entire experence was great. Thye arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning all the windows and the mirrors in the houe. Very polite and professional.

I have a very large home on the beach and the windows receive a lot of salty sea spray. I received quotes form other window washing companies (even from Angie's list) however when they showed up at my home in unprofessional clothing and vehicles (some without ladders) it made the decision to use Squeegee Squad a lot easier. Squeegee Squad called the day before to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, were very polite & organized, and were "get the job done" kind of guys. I asked them to do a couple extra things and they were more than happy to accommodate. I would recommend Squeegee Squad for your window washing needs, particularly if you have a custom or specialty home.

They did a wonderful job and I couldn't believe how quickly they were done. Two men cleaned the inside windows and two men did the outside.
