Description of Work: My tankless water heater stopped working. They came out first evening & 'reset' the water heater, but then had no hot water again. Said they had to order a part the next day & man who came out stated he would call once he spoke to the product manager. We never received a call. When we called several times over next week, no one could confirm that the part had been ordered & we were always told the product manager will call you. We went without hot water for 2 weeks. Finally called another company who took care of problem within 24 hours.

Description of Work: Professional. Recommended a lot of new parts for my A/C, which I choose not to get at this time. This was the first visit for yearly service. They were not inexpensive so we will see how future visits go and if I have any problems.

Description of Work: We had a service membership with this company for the maintenance of our two A/C units. A representative called me 2 weeks ago and said that we need to schedule a date for them to service our A/C. When the technician came and after he serviced the A/C he said that we had to pay. My husband told him that we didn't call the company, they reached out to us, which made us assume it was still under the maintenance agreement. He said that out membership has ended and we had to pay. He even called his boss and explained what happened with the phone call, which didn't help. They demanded a payment. We did pay and decided to never use this company again. |In addition, the technician said that we had a leak in one of the A/Cs, which is true. He said that we had to replace the coil, which will be about $2000 or replace the entire A/C for $6600. We called another company and the technician who came to the house, checked the A/C, fixed the leak for $350 and said that if the fix will not hold he will deduct the $350 off the price of installing a new A/C. He gave us a quote for less than $4000. We are done with Jupiter-Tequesta Air-Conditioning!
