Dino showed up for the estimate and said exactly when he'd be back to do the work. Then they called the day before with a time. He was on time and did a great repair. I've used their rescreen services before and I'd call them again.

Dino promised to completely redo the job in 3 weeks. And his crew came in 3 weeks and did a perfect job. I am very impressed by the professionalism and quality of work. I would definitely use this company again.

I needed the work done quickly and was on their schedule. They called me one night (weeks before the actual scheduled date) and offered to come the next day as they had a cancellation and would move my job up if I wanted. They arrived promptly the next morning and did a wonderful job!

I searched for appropriate service providers and found Jupiter Screen Repair. They were courteous on the phone and were very responsive in that they sent someone out quickly to assess the damage and call me with a quote which was very reasonable. They promptly scheduled a service visit. I was away from home during the service visit and received a call saying it was finished and was I happy with the job. I stated I was away and didn't check it out yet and they said no problem call us when you are back after you have checked it out as we don't want your money until you are satisfied with the job. About a week later I went home and the job was perfectly done. The screen was seamless and I couldn't tell where the gash had been and where the repair was. I called them and then paid them. This provider is very courteous, responsive, takes pride and care in a job well done and wants to make sure their customer is satisfied. Excellent craftsmanship and the fact that they waited for payment until after I got back from my trip was a pleasant surprise. You would never get this kind of friendly neighborhood treatment from a more corporate company. I highly recommend them.

Jupiter Screen Repairs arrived on the scheduled day, accomplished the task in good time and policed the job site after, leaving everything clean and tidy. I had asked especially for them to police any cigarette materials as I'm allergic, and they were very careful about doing so.

This company is first class, The owner Dino was onsite through the entire process. His crew was hardworking and polite. The job was done exactly as it should have been done, Perfect fit on all screen panels, Their cleanup after the job was completed was 100%, not a scrap of left over product.

Replaced the screening in April 2016. The spline came loose and they re-secured it. After Hurricane Matthew passed I called and advised the storm caused the spline to come loose on a panel. I have called numerous times for them to come out and fix it, but they have not. They have a 5 year the warranty on the spline coming loose. Because this was related to the storm I did expect I would have to pay for the repair. I believe the owner has written me off. So much for his warranty and service.

From the estimate to the end of the job I found this company professional and friendly. They did an excellent job, including some things I wasn't even expecting. I highly recommend this company.

The is a first rate outfit. The owners were responsive, courteous, professional, and expert in their craft. They used quality materials and competent workers. They made an extra effort to get the work done in a timely manner. They finished on schedule and left the work site clean.

It is a wonderful feeling to have experienced workers, professional in job performance and knowledge of craft, to expedite the screen replacement and patio door replacement today. The two gentlemen that arrived were exemplary in their performance and skill of the job. They even clean up the work area and remove any debris.
