Called and left message. No return call

In Jan 2019, we paid them $3100 to rescreen our pool area. We were given a 5 year Warranty. It looked like a great job and they had to come out and replace a panel a rat ate through, and we paid for that. Perfect. Then we got iguanas that pulled 2 panels from the roof side of the house. We offered to pay for those, However, there are 6 more panels that came loose and the spine is hanging and loose panels are flapping that were NOT done by the animals. The workmanship should last more than 6 months. We have not had any storms and with just daily weather, so many panels should not have come loose. We called, texted, sent letters with no response. We only want the screens repaired as stated in the 5 year warranty, which is not being honored. We don't like doing bad reviews but are really hurt that the screen warranty is not honored. $3100 is a lot of money for us and we are back where we were with bad screens. All we want is, the screens fixed and we will pay for the 2 panels damaged by the iguanas. Thank you.

The business never returned my calls. I left detailed messages over a few days of the work needed and they never had the courtesy of calling back. Even if the company is busy or wants to do large jobs, they certainly should be professional enough to call back. They lost my business now and when I want to have my lanai enclosure rescreened. I am now getting ready to call another business listed here in Angie's List.

The work was impeccable and they came on time, kept in touch via text, friendly wonderful company. We had entire replacement of pool screen, and screen doors, replaced door hardware. They provided extra benefits for future work and they guarantee for life, will come and fix when needed. I would recommend them to any of our friends

I requested that a 20x20 screen mesh be used on the top part of the screen enclosure, because I have a lot of pine trees and the pine needles hang through a 18x14 screen mesh (their normal screening). They said because of hurricane Irma the 20x20 mesh was not available, so I agreed to wait until they could get it (a couple of months) I told them in the mean while I was going to bump out the screen frame to include a planter to be inside the screen enclosure. This was fully disclosed to them and they offered to get the metal for me and they declined doing that when it came time to deliver. When the screen arrived and they actually replaced the screening, they put 20x20 screen on the top, but not on top of the screen bump out. After 5 days, I called and asked them to come back and put 20x20 screen over the bump out. They left a few phone messages, acting like they did not understand what I was asking and never called and talked to me directly. One of their selling points was they would return and fix any problems for 5 years and the reality is they would not come back after 5 days. I have attached two pictures showing why I insisted on 20x20 screen. The picture shows three weeks accumulation of pine needles, imagine what it will look like after 6 months or a year. In one picture you see the accumulation of pine needles on the 18x14 mesh and the panel above it with 20x20 mesh is clean. They did good work, but I guess any deviation from their norm means they will do it their way and not treat their customer as well as they said they would. When you call them they never answer the phone, you always have to leave a message and wait for them to call back. I did not rate them on price, I did not shop around, I prefer to use local small businesses and do not know if the price was good or not.

This is the second time I have used Jupiter Screen Repair. The first was to repair a couple of panels and this time was a total rescreen. The price was very reasonable. Everyone I have encountered from this business is polite, professional and courteous. The work performed was perfect. My enclosure looks like new. They also clean everything up after they are done. I highly recommend them.

Punctual, excellent materials, organized, neat, and also replaced hardware on screen doors, tightens or replaced Foundation bolts. Hard and effeicient workers. Their plan was completely explained prior to starting and it went expeditionsly as stated.

Well, estimate was given on one day.... said they would be back next day. Circumstances did not allow this to happen. After calling Dino and Adam, I expressed my concern that settlement on my house was in a few days and needed it done ASAP. It was completed the very next day at 10 am. I cannot express how my stress level went down because this company took care of me! I would hire them in a minute next time around!! Thank you so much for a job well done!!

Dino came out to provide a quote the same day we called to request one. He made a suggesting for pet screens on the bottom panels and replacing the uppers with regular screen. Once we were on the schedule, they actually were able to complete the work a week earlier than expected and took very little time.

I would recommend Jupiter Screen Repair to any individual. Dino came to my residence and provided an estimate for replacement of the metalwork and screen. The estimate received was on par with other licensed and insured vendors in the area. The work was carried out on-time and the workers were amendable to last minute design changes.

They didn't show up or call the day that I booked the job. They txted three days later. Unprofessional.

I am a repeat customer and this is why......I called Dino on a Friday evening, he texted me back later that night and Adam was out on Thursday to give me a quote on the work I needed done. Adam came out the next day to complete the job. This company is great to do business with. They show up when they tell you they will and provide quality work.

Very unprofessional. The one company goes by at least four aliases within 10 miles so be aware that you may be talking to the same folks and not getting independent assessments. First “the nephew” came out seemed reasonably knowledgeable and left a proposal for the job. We delayed the work several months while other work needed to be done first, and in the meantime, removed the old screen enclosure for the upstairs porch and stacked the aluminum in the yard and had a wooden railing replaced. Because of the delay and the changes I requested a requote and the owner, Dino, came to the house. The first words out of his mouth were that his nephew had under bid the job and I was getting away cheaply. I pointed out that work had been performed to remove the old aluminum frames. He said that the frame removal would have been offset by the scrap price of the aluminum removed so would not reduce the price. I then pointed out that all of the removed aluminum was sitting outside and he could take it for scrap. He would not discuss it further nor acknowledge that he was getting something for nothing. He then proceeded to say additional screens adjacent to the torn screens on the pool enclosure had to be removed and replaced in order to replace the torn screens. This added almost $800 to the proposal making it now $1300 above the next highest bidder! I felt like a senior citizen (that I am!) being taken advantage of in many ways by someone out to get all he could out of the job. The company I went with was professional, did not change their bid, did a great installation job, to schedule and cost as agreed. Look around before doing business with any of Dino’s five companies. It was, overall, a very bad experience.

I could not have done it better. Very satisfied. Pricing significantly less than other local screen repair shops.

They don't do glass. But, they called me and gave me leads as to whom I might call.
