After calling some other companies (some of which never even returned the call) I called back and we set up the appt. He gave me a window of time and he was very prompt. He replaced the screen very quickly and there was no mess. I was very happy with the outcome. And he charged us exactly what he had quoted. I would definitely call him again.

Work done was excellent and the price was very fair. I was very satisified with the quality. + -1 moredino was awsome. i called him on the 11th and he came out the next morning and gave me an estimate, also explaining what he was doing. he did some things a little differently so his estimate was a little different. he and his nephew, kevin,did the work in 2 days and did a beautiful job. i even got to meet dino's wife chalotte.. i would HIGHLY recommend dino and the rest of the crew at jupiter screen repair.

After thinking about it, I decided to only replace the broken screens, so they came out again for an estimate. I hired them and they scheduled the work for one week later. They came when they said they would, did a great job, didn't harm my plants, cleaned up their mess and charged me what they said it would cost. I couldn't have been happier, very positive experience.

Description of Work: We were referred to this company by our landscaper who has them as his neighbor. When we called, they gave us what we thought was a great quote, and we made the appointment. They did not show up for the appointment, so we called them again and they showed up a day later. Dino was not there, but instead it was his son and a couple of other guys. We soon realized that the spline was too small for the grid as it kept falling out when there was even just a breeze. We called to have it repaired again. They once again did not show up at the agreed time. The second time they 'repaired' the work, they basically just pushed the same, 'too small' spline back into the grid, and we once again were back at square one! We had a cpl of heavy rain storms that nearly completely blew the already loose screens out. There was obviously some damage due to the storm. We called AGAIN, and this time Dino came out to look at the screens. He wanted to blame the damage to the bottom panel on rodents. They once again missed the set appointment, and when they finally showed up (Dino and his wife) they were pretty rude and short with us. Dino's wife said they took time away from doing paperwork to do this work for us! (Wow!) They then proceeded to send us a message today charging us $45 to replace the bottom panel. This is the TC message we received from him when we refused, insisting that the panel had to be replaced due to THEIR sloppy work: "Keep the 45$ ....you must need it more than we do ..by the way we gave you guys a huge discount being a friend of D*** D*** (landscaper) JupiterScreen.Dino and Charlotte" We initially also thought it was a great quote. Frankly, the service they provided wasn't worth HALF of what they charged. When I told him that I intended on reporting about their poor service and how poorly he treated us his response was: "Do your thing..karma will get you JupiterScreen.Dino and Charlotte" I AM ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED BY THOS TREATMENT. I M all for paying for a service rendered, fair and square, but I absolutely will not have a business try to push us around or mistreat us. I would strongly recommend that you do NOT use this company, as there is no professionalism, and if you dare express your disapproval, they will lash out at you, instead of trying to resolve it PROFESSIONALLY! (I have kept all communication between us and this company as PROOF of the level of unprofessionalism that this company will stoop to)

+ -1 moreDino and his crew did an excellent job.Dino is knowledgable about his business and pointed out to me that the previous installation of the screen had not been done right which caused the screen to come loose.They were also very neat and cleaned up after the job. I would recommend Jupiter Screen Repair to anyone.
Description of Work: A recent heavy wind had blown the screen on my Lanai off the top of the pool cage.I checked on Angies list and found several companies that advertised that they repaired screening. I called three firms to get quotes to replace the screening. I recieved a call that Sunday evening from Dino Paldin of Jupiter Screen repair and he said he would be by first thing Monday morning to give me a quote. Monday morning at 9am he was at my house and said that he could do the work within a week and we agreed on a price which I thought was fair.I also asked Dino if he could do the work any sooner and he said he would try to move some jobs around to accomadate me. He called me later and said he would do the job on Tuesday . Dino and his son and nephew came on tuesday and did the job as well as repaired two screen doors.

+ -1 moreThe B for responsiveness is only because the first appointment for the estimate was missed but he called after to set up another. As he wasn't personally here for to see the finished product, the owner (Dino) called after to check on our satisfaction.
Description of Work: Replaced all the screen on our back porch and repaired the screen door that we thought we would need to replace, as it was falling off. They replaced the hinges, door handle and the pneumatic (?) door closer. Also gave us tips on fixing some cosmetic issues on our own. We would use this company again and thought the price very reasonable.

+ -1 moreAfter approving the estimate, Dino proposed an install date, but because of heavy rain, this date had to be postponed. During this time, Dino kept in close contact with me. The replacement screening was installed in one day. The men worked safely with the proper supports, and they did not need to walk on the screen structure. They were very efficiently and friendly. They not only did a great job on the screen, but they also swept and cleaned up the pool area after the job was completed. I had the opportunity to inspect their work with them before completing payment. When the rest of my screen needs replacing, I will definitely be contacting Jupiter Screen Repair again!
Description of Work: Jupiter Screen Repair provided me with an estimate for the replacement of the upper portion of my pool screen enclosure. They also provided me with a price option to replace all of the screens, but I opted just to replace what had to be fixed now. The estimating process was quick and easy. Their service included a 5-year warranty.

+ -1 moreFrom the moment the father and son team (Jupiter Screen Repairs 561-401-5658) foot on my patio, I knew I was in great hands. The first step they took was blowing the leaves off my roof. I was impressed. Then one by one, they replaced the panels around the top of my screen enclosue. As the old brittle screening was removed along with the piping, it was piled on my patio to eventurally be removed. When they got to the east side of my patio, they trimmed branches off the big old tree whose branches were close to resting on my screening. I was impressed. They efficiently replaced every damaged screen on my patio. When they finished, every piece of screening, tree branches, and related debris was removed from the premises. Then the owner, Dino, used the blower to clean all of the leaves, debris and dirt off my patio. I was impressed. I am happy to recommend this company (Jupiter Screen Repairs 561-401-5658). You will be impressed.
Description of Work: During the installation of a new roof, my patio (24'x24') screening was badly damaged. Jupiter Screen Repairs 561-401-5658 came to my rescue... the work they preformed was excellent. In addition to gaining a better qiality of screening enclosing my patio, it was done quickly and with great attention to detail. They weren't just doing a job...they were providing me a service and were proud of their work.. The price was very reasonable.
