Two young men showed up and went right to work. I was told exactly what they were going to do and it was done.

We have used Jupiter Screen Repair multiple times due to our cat's continued interest in the lizards on the outside of our large patio enclosure. The old system which held the screen in place used spline (which had become old and brittle) which was easy for the cat to work free. Dino and Charlotte worked with us to come up with several options to consider, never once trying to influence our decision. They seriously took under consideration our cat problem, our budget, and long term plans for our home. We ended up having the splined system removed, and new screening stapled in place. The many staples are camouflaged by a painted lath covering which Dino manufactured. The porch looks refreshed and beautiful due to his attention to detail. The screening portion of the job was done by his son and nephew who were both very pleasant and knowledgable about their trade. The communication of this team was very good. We always knew when they were coming or going. They were polite, honest and conscientious about their work; the cleanup was immaculate and I feel they gave us a very good price considering how much work they did. We will be using Jupiter Screen Repair to do some additional repairs on individual window screens in the near future.

First, we were greeted by the most friendly workers I have come across in my many years of home repair and construction. Dino and Charlotte are a married couple who work together. The first visit was to measure to prepare for the replacement of all of our porch screens. We are on the top floor (sixth floor) of a condo about 1/4 of a mile from the beach and the porch faces the ocean. We get very heavy winds and our screens were in total disrepair with one completely out. They offered to replace the one blown out screen and gave us a very reasonable price. We asked them to replace all of the screens and, again, the price seemed very fair to us. It was such a pleasant first meeting that we hugged goodbye. They had made a special effort to come to us even though they were busy because they knew we had to have at least the replacement. They wanted to do the entire job at once and they did. The planned return came as promised. This was a difficult job and a true challenge for Dino and Charlotte. We have full length hurricane shutters which block the sides screen panels and would be impossible to take off and put back on without endangering their construction. Further, since we are on the sixth floor and there is only a waist high railing, there is not much to protect from falling six stories and also the job had to be done totally from the inside. So there was a railing, shutters and unprotected height. They did it and my husband and I were happy and satisfied and think they did a fine job. Dino and Charlotte were not satisfied. They felt that the screen replacements next to the shutters were not done as well as thye would have liked and they insisted on doing them over. And they did. We kept up a correspondence on email for the replacement time. They were so busy and we were not in a rush and finally they came as promised always telephoning and messaging about when they would arrive. They came, replaced and repaired once again, did not charge any fees, and left with all parties satisfied. Great service. Great work. Great price. Charlotte & Dino are very nice. They know their business. I can enjoy my screened pool and patio again without bugs or pests. Screens and door sweeps don't last forever; so replacements are inevitable. They completed the work on time, as promised. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again!

We have a 25 ft. high patio screen enclosure. Unfortunately a large raccoon fell through the screen from the top of the enclosure. The raccoon was not injured, however, the highest point of the screen enclosure was damaged. Jupiter Screen repair fit us into their busy schedule prior to the Christmas holiday and repaired the damaged screen.

We went with another provider based on price but would definitely consider calling them for future work. Would recommend anyone to call them for work.

They very professional Timely Cleaned up after the job. Used them before and will when I am ready to replace the wholes screen system. They provided a quote for the whole job and said when I am ready with in a certain time period they would support the quate several months out. Rare great customer service. honest and fast.

They came out and gave estimate and date that they could do the work. Their estimate was the best of three that I received. Came by and provided an estimate and scheduled service call. Called and was able to come several days earlier. In and out quickly, no mess, quality work and very polite.

A few weeks after the overhead screen had been installed,, a feral cat jumped onto the screen, disconnecting it from its spline in grooves, such that the cat entered our home and could not be found for several days, but causing considerable damage. Dino and his wife sent their son and a helper to repair the damage, which was done at no cost under the guarantee. However, we questioned why it had come loose, as the former screen had been in place for several years, had gone through one or more hurricanes and never came loose. They admitted that the spline that had been used was undersized and fitted loosely in the grooves. They stretched and reseated the screen using a larger spline. Recently, however, we noticed the overhead screen had come loose in a couple places at the opposite side of the enclosure. Dino and his wife came by and made an inspection from the ground, even though I had a ladder handy. They observed the screen loose in four or five places plus a cut in the screening alongside a section of frame. They said this was all caused by a large critter jumping off a tree onto the roof, running across and leaving by jumping to another tree. They claimed this was not their responsibility, and would charge to repair it. I questioned why it was not covered by the guarantee and hence did not authorize the work. The following day, I decided to inspect and attempt to repair the screen. I am 89 years old, but I did climb the ladder and found a completely different picture than Dino and his wife's "sidewalk appraisal". 1. The screening had pulled out from under the spline in four places. 2. The spline was only finger tight in the grooves, indicating that, like the previous problem, the spline was sized improperly. 3. A corner that was hanging, which Dino and wife had said was caused by a critter, was caused by the spline having been cut short of the length of the grooved by several inches, hence allowing the screening to pull out of the groove and hang without even an undersized spline holding it. 4. Except for a section of loose screen on a lateral beam, which was out of my reach, I was able to lift the spline out of the groove, stretch the screen and reinsert it under the existing spline. Ordinarily this would require a strong arm and tool to press the spline into the grooves with the screen, but I, at 89 years of age, was able to do it with my fingers. 5. I thus made temporary repairs myself, but only by replacing the spline with properly sized spline would the problem be fixed permanently. 6. I have informed Jupiter Screen of my findings, of their mistaken assessment of the damage and of my temporary fix. I have had no reply. Whereas I was initially pleased with their work and had previously written a favorable report to Angie's list, I must now retract that commendation and report that their work was not done satisfactorily and they do not stand by their guarantees.

They gave us the maximum quote based on the expectation that all new screens would be needed. They were actually able to tuck all but the corner screens back in place, saving us $175 on materials and labor. We were delighted that they could save us that money. They even came on short notice and worked with us on the scheduling. We were thrilled. I would highly recommend this company.

Charlotte & Dino from Jupiter Screen repairs are the best! They made the entire process of replacing the screening for our pool enclosure and windows around the house a breeze (no pun intended.) From our first contact of setting up the estimate appointment to putting in the last screen they were great. They scheduled their work around other work we were having done at the time. Their workmanship is outstanding, the screening on the pool enclosure is actually a much better job than when we originally had it installed. Now we see how it was always suppose to look. Great service + great workmanship, I can't sum it up better than that!!

Showed up when the said they would and finished the job promptly even though they had to return the next day because of a severe thunderstorm. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. They cheerfully reinstalled a door dog since the original placement would be a problem for the dogs. When they were finished, they cleaned up all the junk and even swept the porch. From my perspective it was completely trouble free. I highly recommend these people.
