Description of Work: I called and they promptly came out for an estimate. There was instead of 50 feet about 80 and the price more than doubled. After seeing that I had looked at another option online, they contacted me and told me that they could give me a better price. Why didn't they give me a better price in the beginning? I ended up going with another company that did the whole job, very professionally for what this company wanted for only the 50 feet. Was not happy that there was such a price difference.

Description of Work: Approximately 160 feet of 2nd floor 6" gutters and 100 feet of down downspout. The workers that came out were very profession, answered all my questions, went above and beyond....

Description of Work: Installation of gutters and downspouts. Initially, not happy with location of one downspout. My dissatisfaction was shared with the company. I was contacted promptly and the downspout was relocated without additional cost. The installer, Justin, was courteous, friendly and professional. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this company and have already referred them to a new home owner.

Description of Work: For the first appointment, they gave me a window in which they said they would be there. They attempted to come outside that window, at 6:00P, and then seemed surprised when I said we'd need to reschedule. They were on time for the second appointment. I also think they are overpriced.

Description of Work: They did a great job installing the gutters, and they also did me the favor of re-installing my gutter screens, which was not part of their project.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced 501 linear feet of gutters and 40 feet of downspout. We were having a problem with standing water in the gutters of a home we've lived in for four months, although the home inspection at the time of purchase didn't reveal any gutter problems.Tim Crouch of The Gutter Professionals, Inc. observed that the pitch was not what it should be. We made the decision to replace the gutters, instead of doing a variety of repairs. He was able to schedule us for the work to be performed four days later.( This is the start of Florida's rainy season) His team of three men arrived at 8:00 am and worked tirelessly until 6:30 pm. It was a hot and sometimes dirty job in the blazing Florida sun. During the removal of one of the major downspout, they discovered that a nearby tree had grown into the gutter and spout, filling it with roots and dirt, effectively rendering it useless. They left our property in immaculate condition and hauled away all of the debris. Yesterday we had some strong storms, and the new gutters functioned perfectly. I highly recommend the services.
