 + -1 moreExtra cost for longer down spouts and extra footage. One must read these adds very carefully. Noticed one of gutters only had one anchor/support (two better) and it became loose on it's own. (Poor grip on the stucco) The vendor never made it back for repairs.??? rated B and not A in my book because of this . Otherwise, the service was actually very good.

 + -1 moreThey are good at coming out and installing to get their cash, but terrible responsiveness when you have a problem after installation - totally unsat. Installation and response to the request was good, no issues to date with the gutters. During installation, they inadvertently broke a PVC pipe to my pool, they "fixed" it, but i noted that it was leaking after they left. I have tried at least 20 times to get them to come out, when i finally got a time, and stayed home from work, they never showed, called or responded. Since then i have left 10 or more messages, with no response. So, don't use them, there are plenty of good gutter people, but you need to have someone who will help afterwards - that is a sign of a true Professional.

 + -1 moreI called them up, told them about the problem. They at first had never heard of it. I told them what I thought the problem was and they said, "Yeah, I guess that is possible." So they came out and put in all new anchors, and they charged me about $400 to do that, which I thought was fair because they had to take down the whole system and reattach it that allowed some flexibility and yet leave a good connection so that it didn't get blown off in a hurricane or anything, which it didn't. We had that near miss earlier this year. We had pretty strong winds I remember. There was 70 or 80 mph winds. I forget the hurricane. It hit New York. It went up the East coast. Went past Palm Beach. I was satisfied because I thought normal installation had no problems, I was apparently the one person that had a problem with that noise. Not that the gutters were installed incorrectly. I thought they did a good job. It was a little difficult getting them to respond to me with the problem.
Description of Work: There was a particular problem that popped up which was an unusual problem. It had to do with the way the gutters were connected to the house. I have southern exposure. In the morning, I get sun that comes up and heats up the Eastern side of the house. The gutter system on that side of the house had a crackling noise. I had researched on the internet and found it could have been the connection they had originally made didn't allow for it to expand a little bit when it heated up so it started to crackle a little bit. I was told if they might have used a higher grade of aluminum, that problem might not have happened, but it's a little controversial as to the nature of the problem itself I asked around and a lot of the gutter professionals had never heard of the problem or they mentioned that maybe the aluminum they used was a little on the light side instead of a heavier aluminum that might have eliminated the noise problem or the crackling on that side of the house, generally in the late morning when it heated up on that side.

They did a great job and I would highly recommend. Rated responsiveness "B," only because they could not make a same week appointment (shows they are busy). Rated professionalism "B" because of some rough language, didn't bother me, but may offend some people.

 + -1 moreThey tried to sell me more gutters and I refused to use them anymore, but they did get the gutters up, finally. They could have been more responsive and done the job right in the first place so I would not have had to call them several times to return. The gutters that they put on did not stop the rain water. We had to have them come back to do what they knew they should have done in the first place. They tried, tried and tried to sell me more gutters in the front of the house. After I told them no they still continued to want to call. They were really expensive.

Gutter Pro was not the cheapest (but not far off) but we liked the estimator - he provided us with lots of additional information on what we should look for in a provider, and how his company differentiates their product - we were sold. We were told at contract that they were backlogged on jobs and it would be two weeks before they could come out in complete. They made it in a week - their guys worked tirelessly to get the job done in one day, cleaned up to our satisfaction, - and - we got a chance to test it out same day as it poured later on. The work was first class and we are very happy. One minor problem with a splash guard being a few inches off - their office scheduled us right away for the repair. Thank you.

He came out to give me an estimate which was REALLY reasonable. I hired him and within a week the gutters were in. Wade and Justin came for the installation. They introduced themselves and explained details of what they were going to do. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I was very impressed and happy with their service.
