They showed up when promised, they blew through the rip-up/off of the old tiles very quickly. They did everything very quickly (approximatley 10 biz days) from soup to nuts. I'm very happy with the look of the roof and the professional quality with which everything appears to be installed etc. We have since had heavy rains and i have no leaks. They also had to install 5 new impact skylights - which looks quite good. They even had to insall moulding on the inside of the skylights so we don't see metal frame from underneath. My only beef with this company is that they did a pretty poor job in cleaning up after they were done. They got probably 90% of everything, but i have a 2 year old kid running around barefoot in my yard. I found at least a dozen nails and roof tacs that are NOT hard to miss (nails were at least 6and quot; and the roof tacs are 3and quot; in diameter on silver disks). Additionally, they totally crushed a portion of my driveway, a section of cement driveway about 12'x12'. The damage was caused when they drove up their dump truck to the house so they can throw in all the old tiles as they rip them off the roof. I understand that they can't guarantee the structural integrity of my driveway, and they did compensate me for a portion of the fix, but it wasn't a pleasant conversation. I still believe that they should have provided more of the subsidy to fix the driveway. I'm actually more peeved about the cleanup job than the driveway (only b/c i have a 2 year old). BUT BEWARE with ANY roofer - get them to guarantee that any damage they cause they will take care of. I would definitely use them again - but I'm also more knowledgeable going into it.

The price is very reasonable. They were responsive and they came right out and gave me an estimate. That was good. I did have trouble one time trying to get a hold of somebody, but I called another number because there are several numbers listed in the book and I called one of those numbers and I was able to get a hold of someone. So, they are responsive to whatever you need. They only had to come back one time. It has been good ever since.

and quot;I chose Embick based on the quality of a small stucco patch job that they had previously done and a preliminary quote for this job that they had given me last summer. I gave them a B on price only because I didn't get quotes from other companies and thus don't know whether they were high or low. The price seemed reasonable given the rather large square footage to be covered. After discussing the revised final scope of the job with Embick's stucco man Luis, Jeff Embick provided a final written quote via email in about a week. It was in line with the preliminary quote and we agreed on the price and a start date which fit both our schedules. Luis and his crew came as scheduled on the March 4th start date and finished installing the paper backed lath by the end of the day. I was very pleased with the attention to detail of this step and the lath passed inspection the next day with no issues. The crew then spent the next three days installing the scratch coat, brown coat, and final texture. I was very happy that the crew took the time to protect my metal roof while doing the gable ends, keep debris out of the pool, and took other steps to generally minimize the mess. The walls came out smooth and straight and match the texture of the adjacent existing stucco very well. I was also pleased that Luis and crew answered all of my questions, repaired all of the existing stucco damage to my satisfaction, and worked with me on the details of the decorative band. The job took one day longer than Luis' first estimate of 2 days, but I was fine with this given the quality of the job and that the price was not increased. I will use them again if I need to have stucco work done in the future.

Two workers showed up and surveyed the job. They seemed professional and were courteous. They seemed to pull up enough tiles to confirm the problem area, which was a big concern for me. I don't want to have to call someone out in 6 months for a leak further down the facia. They asked me for 1 replacement tile because one was badly broken coming out. I only have a few small complaints which probably do not affect the overall quality of their repair, which is the most important thing. I checked the work after they left and found a 10' - 15' trail of debris near where they exited the roof. Apparently they dropped a bucket or had a bag leak. I had to sweep it off the roof, which they should have done. Where the roof was repaired I found the tiles replaced in a slightly uneven fashion. They also reused a few tiles that should have been replaced (cracked corners and missing edges), which might have necessitating them buying replacements, which I imagine they prefer not to, but for a perfect quality job they should have. Their estimator said they would replace tiles if needed. I ended up resealing a couple edges that you could see the roofing paper with roof tile adhesive to be safe. I'm about 50-50 if I would use them again. Maybe would if the price is right but would call them back if I found the same issues. I think the roof leak is fixed, so that is the important thing.

They were very professional. My husband and I own homes in the Juno Beach area and have experience with other roofing companies, we have had repairs done and entire roofs replaced. It is frustrating and expensive when other roofing companies do not do what is promised in a timely manner. Embick did the job as promised, were trust worthy and timely. What more could you ask for?

Very smooth, rained every day but that was not a problem, no leaking, they tore off old roof and added under-layment in two days; then installed the new metal roof in two days. Cleanup was very good. County inspector complimented the quality of the work.

The entire process was flawless! Jeff Embick came out quickly to give the estimate and the price was fair. We already had a roof leak and I wanted the job done quickly. I contracted with him and he got the permit immediately. I asked him when to expect his crew, he told me Monday morning at 8:30, and they were there promptly at 8:30! The crew worked quickly and they worked clean. At the end of the day, you could hardly tell they were there. All aspects of the job were completed professionally and without one reason for concern or complaint. The roof looks beautiful, it poured yesterday and of course there were no leaks. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with Jeff and his crew. I was treated honestly and professionally, I HIGHLY recommend Embick! Randy F.

The workers who were here were great!! Very professonal and nice! They came and did the job right on time. I would diffintely use them again and would recomend them to everyone I know!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called Embick and they came within couple hours, they went up on roof and found where the leak was originating and gave us the free estimate. Couple days later, they returned, did roof repairs, cleaned up and fixed the leak. They are very professional and know what they are doing. We would use them again and recommend them.

They were prompt, they did a good job and did what they said they would do. After seeing the kind of job they did on my roof, my next door neighbor has hired them as well.

Installer showed up as scheduled, completed the work as proposed, was pleasant, knowledgeable and did a great job.

My experience with Embick went very well. He did what he said he was going to do and there were no problems whatsoever with cleaning up.

He did a great job! In fact we will be re-doing our kitchen in Jan'11 and will be calling Howard to do the title work for the backsplashes.

They are very professional and excellent. Theirs was the best price among the other bids that we got. They also did the best work. They didn’t get in touch with me to tell me when they would do the work initially, but I got exactly what I paid for. I have nothing bad to say about them.

I spent about $12000. They replaced the entire roof. They were fine with the installation. The followup, however, was horrendous. There was a leak. I tried to get somebody to look at it, which I didn’t get. Later, when I did get somebody, he was irresponsive. I had to work hard to get the warranty honored. It took me more than a month to get somebody to look at the leak. The price was fair. I am still mad at them for what happened. I will not use this company again in the future.

Two different crews reported to our house- one crew removed old tar paper, shingles and gutter system and hauled the debris away. They also installed the new tar paper. They covered the plant material around the house with protective tarps and cleaned up around the exterior of the house at the end of each work day. The second crew installed the new shingles and also displayed the same level of care to minimize damage to landscaping and plant material around the house. Several days after the work was completed the county code inspector came and walked the roof certifying it as being code compliant. The work was completed in a timely fashion as the weather permitted.
