I called Embick for a roof repair. I spoke with John, John was very professional he scheduled our repair the work was completed in a few days. Would highly recommend Embick for any roofing needs. Very professional and courteous.

We have done business with Embick for years. They have repaired minor leaks several times. Most recently they replaced the concrete tile roof on our daughter's house, and installed a metal roof on our home. Both jobs were very well done and have earned compliments from the neighbors. Craig is very knowledgable and easy to work with. We love the fact they are a locally owned family company.

They never returned my call or online inquiry. How about a courtesy call back to say they're too busy?

Will Smith arrived on time. I explained the problem, he used his ladder and went onto the roof. He spent several minutes doing a complete and thorough intense inspection of the entire roof. Then we went inside the house. Again a thorough inspection of the walls and windows and ceilings. Before Will arrived I was dreading the cost of a new roof, as the roof is only 15 years old. Will assured me that the roof was in good shape. The older aluminum windows are leaking around the frames, with one in particular needing new wood work and frame. There was no charge for the nearly one hour that he had spent at the house. Will showed up on time, wearing clean and work related clothing. His manners and politeness was appreciated. His years of working in the roofing trade gave him the knowledge and expertise to make an accurate conclusion as to what really needed to be done and not cause me an expense that was not needed.

OUTSTANDING!! Embick was very professional and really took time with me to understand everything from beginning to finish. Looking at my finished roof brought happy tears to my eyes. They cleaned as they worked and only took a few days. This experience with Embick will never be forgotten and i will make sure to spread the word on how great they are! :)

I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Embick Enterprises! They came out RIGHT AWAY and fixed our problem, making us feel like we were a priority to them. They fixed our issue on the spot and made sure to send us before and after pictures so that we could send them to our insurance company. Amazing company! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Roof went pretty well. Skylights were a nightmare. They decided to put molding around the skylights without consulting me. Molding joints did not match. It looked awful. They finally took it down but messed up the walls around the Skylight. Several months after the roof was installed we developed a leak. It took over 4 months for them to finally repair the spot and that was after I emailed, texted and phoned over 30 times (no kidding). I would not hire them again.

We needed to replace our 25 year old shingle roof and chose a metal one. Our neighbor who built our house highly recommended Embick. We called and Chris came out and explained all the options and colors available with a metal roof. No pressure to commit to anything. We also discussed a timeline to have it installed. We started this process a few weeks before Hurricane Irma. We got through the Hurricane just fine and the crew arrived a few days earlier than we were told. They had the old roof off pretty quickly and all repairs were done and the vapor barrier was installed. Right after that the rains came hard and not a single leak! We had the main house and a detached building done at the same time. They also replaced two skylights with impact glass. We are totally satisfied with the work and how the house looks now. Great job. We had no issues with them and any problems that came up were resolved quickly. I would seriously consider them if you are looking to have major roof work done.

Lupe and his crew exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Embick for anyone seeking roofing services.

The crew arrived 2 hours later than scheduled and about a half hour before dark. They climbed on, inspected, and photographed the roof. They then said it was too dark to do any repairs and they would return to do them when they came back to do replace the broken panel. (A service I did not ask them to do and was not covered in the coupon). I hired someone else to do the work and the money I paid for the coupon was a total waste.

We would highly recommend this company. The worker that came was very hard working and did an excellent job. My husband who is not usually pleased was very happy with the work performed.

They were professional and courteous. Lupe is probably the nicest and most informative contractor I have had to work with after purchasing our new house. The only reason for less than perfect is that I still have to pay them and we need them to come fix the leaks to our Florida room. I highly recommend them.

They're quick and clean. They do a really good job. I have used them for 10 years and have never had a complaint. They do excellent work. If they can't do a project, they will have a good referral to get the job done.

Chris kept us well informed on the status of when work would begin (if there were any weather delays). The entire crew was very professional and clean. We didn't know what to expect since this was our first house we have had a new roof installed, but they had plastic tarps on the ground and covered the pool to collect any debris and nails that may come off during the demo. Bahama is a great project manager, he kept us informed on a daily basis on the status and if they were running into any additional concerns. Even afterwards Chris emailed us pictures and followed up to make sure that our wind mitigation was receiving the proper credits. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Embick to anyone that is needing a new roof.

This is the second time we have used Embick. The first time we called them to fix a leak that was coming somewhere from the rook, into our bedroom closet. After attempting the repair, the rook was still leaking, however, to their credit, Embick came back a second time, and did find the source of the leak and fix it. This time, with confidence gained from our first transaction, we called Embick, but did not receive a call back. So we persisted and called again. After repeated calls (who wants to gamble on another roofer), we finally got an appointment, which was delayed, due to other more pressing commitments Embick had, and finally the work was done. Our primary concern is the quality of the work and secondarily the price. On both counts Embick scored an and quot;Aand quot;. Thus our overall review would be an A-.

They're good and their price was reasonable too. It's not on warranty but they came back and took care of some problems without billing.

They were prompt and they did a very good job. I would recommend that they hire Jeff Embick.

showed up as promised but forgot to bring roof vent shingles;waited another 10-14 days for those job was completed and area cleaned fairly well for roofers

Jeff came out and called following his visit to make sure that I received the sample roofing materials he had left. There was also a follow-up call from his office, however I was not ready to move forward yet. I will certainly be in touch with him when I am ready to have the roof done, which should be soon.

We had a chimney that we never utilized. There was a leak around the base of the chimney that apparently had been there for quite some time. After the last intensive storm about a month ago, we noticed the leak in our kitchen area. Called one roofing company to get opinion and to there credit they said it was the chimney but that they don't specialize in that area. Called Embick and they came out promptly, gave estimate and commented work almost immediately. Job completed this week as promised. They did what they said they would do...I would certainly recommend them based on my experience.

They were not at all responsive and It took three weeks for them to give me a quote. Furthermore, their price was high for what they quoted me.

From my experience Embick Roofing is not a company that can be trusted, relied upon for quality work or to honor its warranty. We had work done by them, a leak developed and efforts to have them honor their warranty were met with complete dissatisfaction. If you need roofing work I recommend you find another roofer. In 2005 Embick Enterprises (Jupiter, FL) was contracted to replace the roof of our home due to damage from hurricane Jean. The new roof was a 30-year system (with a 10-year warranty) and cost approximately $15,000. The work appeared to be exceptional and we were very pleased. However, in 2009, well within the warranty period, a leak appeared and efforts to have the work repaired under warranty were met with considerable difficulty and displeasure. Upon contacting Embick Enterprises, a gentleman by the name of Bahama was sent out to inspect the roof. He came out, inspected the roof, but did nothing else. It was expected that he would return to repair the roof, however, he did not, nor was there any indication that the company planned on following up. Ensuing calls were not returned, nor was any work performed. After several calls I was finally informed that Mr. Jeff Embick was now in charge of this project and would arrive on site to inspect it. The site visit took place on or about Feb. 17 (2009), however I was informed by the tenant (this house is now rented) that rather than inspecting the area of the leak, he redirected his attention to an adjacent patio deck -- on the opposite side of the parapet wall where the leak was actually occuring. He never entered the attic space at all to inspect the source or cause of the leak, saying rather he and quot;had seen enough.and quot; On three occasions I was told that he would soon call me to discuss his observations. He never called. Upon further calls to the company, Mr. Embick finally did return the call. I was presented with a proposal to remove the adjacent patio deck, install a membrane below the patio deck, replace the tile and railing, and caulk around the patio – for a total of $8500. (Please note that this is not the area where the leak was occurring, nor was there any mention of honoring the warranty for the original roof.) It should also be noted that there is already a continuous membrane beneath the patio deck and there is no leak occurring at this location, nor could any water migrate through the full height parapet wall and leak into the area where the water was being observed. It was also mentioned that there was a crack in the parapet wall that would eventually cause the wall to fail. Upon further inquiry, Mr. Embick recommended that I find another roofer. What I believe caused the leak was insufficient flashing and roofing compound applied at the joint where the roof met the parapet wall, beneath and prior to laying the new roofing. It should also be noted that at the other parapet wall on the other side of the patio (in a virtually identical situation) there was enough compound installed and no leak occurred at this location. It is my opinion, to repair the leak occurring at the roof/parapet wall, the shingles abutting the parapet wall should be removed and replaced, along with the flashing and felt as necessary, this time installing sufficient roofing compound to eliminate the leak. Any rotted or damaged wood should be replaced. Simply caulking the joint would be insufficient and only a temporary solution. Please note also that a continuous bead of Geocel roof caulking was installed (by me) to temporarily resolve the problem – something I believe Embick Enterprises should have done immediately upon learning of this problem. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in Embick Enterprises, their failure to respond and to honor their warranty and work. I would like to hear, in writing, as to why the company is choosing this questionable path of action. July, 2013 - The joint repair that I did held for four years, however, the tenant is now reporting the leak again, plus another. I called Embick to have a representative inspect the two roof leaks. The first appointment was a and quot;no-showand quot;. Second appointment - Will Smith arrived and inspected roof. He found that there were in fact two leaks and maybe a third. He provided a bid of $1485, which included warranty work on one of the areas. I accepted. The work was then scheduled for Monday, July 15, 2013. On Monday again no one showed. The tenant called Will around 11:00. Will asked, and quot;No one called you to postpone the job?and quot; (No, no one called.) When asked what day he would like to reschedule it for Will was ambivalent and avoided committing himself to any given day. The tenant pressed him and it was set up for Thursday (July 18). I called Will Smith on Wednesday to confirm the Thursday appointment (there were no answers on the office phone on Monday or Tuesday). He called back and said he would definitely be on site on Thursday (at 7:30 am) and would email the tenant the night before to confirm. Today is Thursday, I called the tenant to see how the job was going. Again, no one showed! I left a voice message on Will’s phone. I also called the office and was told that they too would have Will call me. It’s been an hour and a half and no one has called. This is Will’s third and quot;no-showand quot; (inspection appointment and two appointments to perform the work), plus a history of poor performance. This is also the second day that the tenant took time off from work to receive the roofers. Both days the weather was blamed, however, the tenant reported that on both days the sky was clear blue with no trace of rain. End result: I canceled the job and am also looking for another roofer. Postscript: Will finally did call back, at 1:35 on Thursday, after I canceled the job and informed them that I was looking for another roofer. He said that he could still show up and have the job done by the end of the day. I told him how unhappy I was, that he didn’t show for the original estimate, on Monday or on Thursday and that I had canceled the job. His response was, and quot;Fine, find another roofer and don’t call us back.and quot; I called Elite Roofing, asked them for an estimate. They came out, inspected the job and quoted $1500 for the complete job. (Embick had quoted $1485, which included the work which was to be covered by warranty). I hired Elite Roofing to do the job and was very satisfied. They cut the stucco, removed and replaced the flashing, laid felt, water-proofed the wall and flashing and replaced the shingles. They also replaced two small areas of fla roofing and replaced them with a membrane roofing material. They took their time and did an excellent job. It took them two days, rather than Embick’s estimate that they could complete the job in a single afternoon. George, from Elite Roofing, called me several times to give me updates on the work and discuss some wood repairs that would need to be done on my parapet wall, as well as offer some good suggestions on how it may need to be completed. I called because water had stained my ceiling in the kitchen. They said they would have Will call me to make an appointment. Will called about 20 minutes later the same day and made an appointment for about 20 minutes ater that because he said he was already in the area. He arrived on time and spent about 30 minutes checking everything out in the attic and on top of the roof. He said there was not a leak in the roof, the water stain possibly came from the air conditioner in the attic sweating. Much to my surprise, there was no charge. Will was prompt, professional and very nice.

They were great. They were here everyday. They fixed the problem and no issues as of yet. They were good folks to work with.
