Description of Work: They were hired to repair a electric window storm shutter. When they left the shutter was working. Several days later the shutter stop working. I called them back to fix the problem but the Electrian did not want to come back to work on a ladder because the shutter was on the second floor. I then called a second Electrian and spend another 600.dollars.to do the job the right way. The second Electrian found that the broken wire was spliced together incorrectly and had came loose.

Description of Work: Called for a quote to run new wires to pool pump. He came out the next day to look everything over and said he would give me a quote in a couple days. He never called or emailed anything. I called back after a week and left a message. Nobody ever called back. No professionalism seems to be a problem in south florida.

Description of Work: I recently had an electrical fire in my business and found Bill Gilbert on AL. I called and Bill came out the same day to give me a quote. The damage was quite extent and needed permits. Bill was able to get permits and start working the next day. He had a crew early in the morning and got the job done and city inspected in 2 days!! They are on time and will communicate with you if they will not be. I really like that they do that and think it is very important. They are very professional and hard working.
