Description of Work: Cleaned 3 bedrooms: 2 small and 1 Master with no furniture moved. Also had scotch guarding done and very small part of an area rug. Service was on time professional, courtesy call a half an hour prior to arriving. Overall very good job, I would use again. The carpets did take longer to dry then I expected, however they are thick and they never felt soaking wet. I might also let customers know that when they have scotch guard I think that might add to the dry time and it does leave a little residue on the tile if you are walking from carpet to tile but it was never slippery. Like I said, I would use them again.

Description of Work: All carpeting was cleaned in six rooms, including two small area rugs. The carpet was also stretched in two rooms, which turned out great What a difference!

 + -1 moreHe was not able to get all of the stains out. We had purchased a couple of spray cans of product that they had recommended and I had to use one can and scrub one of them out. We were not totally pleased. I would not use them again. We expected everything to be gone. I pointed out some of the spots to him that were under the couch that looked gummy and a couple of them came back. The stuff in the spray can seemed to have done it. I just decided not to bother calling them and have them come back out. He was very nice and everything, there was no problem there. I thought that the price was good. I set an appointment and he was here when he said he would be. He was very professional.
Description of Work: I did use Tropical ChemDry for carpet cleaning through the whole house. They did the living room, dining room, hallway, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

Description of Work: Owner cleaned my living room carpet as well as my couch in my family room. Excellent job in both areas! He was very professional and polite. Would highly recommend him again and will use him in the future should I have a need for this type of service again. He was on time and called ahead to let me know that he was on his way to my home. PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT and AFFORDABLE!! What more could you ask for!

 + -1 moreI have been trying for over a year to find someone to re-stretch the 28 foot length of carpet in the great room. Jason also did this for an additional 125.00. They were both extremely professional and as promised, did NOT leave me with soaking wet carpets. Everything turned out amazingly clean.
Description of Work: Jason and Warren from Tropical Chem-Dry earned their A rating in all the categories above. I had my 28x 16 great room, one love-seat, and one club chair cleaned for the amount I posted.

 + -1 moreI called on Thursday and got an appointment for Friday afternoon. They called and showed up on time, and did more for my carpet than I ever expected. I had some paint drippings from over a year ago that another carpet cleaning service did not remove, whch are now completely gone, along with a pet stain that the other company also missed that is also now gone. Very professional and thorough in their cleaning. This guy didn't miss a spot, and spent over 2 hours on my covered back porch and living room. This company also does not use soap, but carbonation. I wasn't quite sure what that meant, or whether it was better or not, but I can say that my carpet looks brand new, and I was really impressed.
Description of Work: Cleaned 3 areas of carpet, 2 of which were outdoor carpet, and one living room.
