Tropical Chem-Dry

The technician arrived promptly and explained the pricing options clearly. He vacuumed all the carpets and pre-spotted several heavily soiled areas. He cleaned all the carpets and applied Scotchguard. In addition, I bought a can of ChemDry spot remover, which is my all-time favorite carpet spot cleaner. My only complaint is that some cleaning solution was splashed on the bottom of several pieces of furniture; however, it was easily rubbed off.

Excellent job. Because of the cleaning process/method, carpet drys 4X faster than conventional steam/hot water cleaning. Ed Davis does the work, you get to deal with him.

Asked for a quote online and received response within 15 minutes. Booked an appointment that same week. Jason was excellent. Very professional and courteous. Did an excellent job on the carpets and chairs, kept tile areas clean during and after working. Would highly recommend.

The carpets were heavily soiled and showed major traffic patterns around the beds. The cleaner said it might be difficult to take all the stain out and restore the carpet, but after a few passes, the carpets in all three rooms are almost like new. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible result. The cleaning was simply amazing. We will use them again.

Jason picked up the carpets and explained the different levels of service available, depending on what would become evident at the time of cleaning. He kept us informed about the timing of the work and the cost and delivery time for the under padding. When the cleaning began, Jason kept us informed about the sanitizing needs and related expense. The carpets were delivered back and installed/stored according to our wishes. At least two of the carpets were saved from having to be discarded/replaced. The job turned out to be more expensive than originally expected but there's no question about the quality of work and the value for money we feel we received. It didn't hurt to enjoy the Angie's List discount, also.

Tropical ChemDry was very professional. They got out stains that had been in the carpet for a long time. They were on time, efficient, and courteous.

Some stains could not be removed but that was explained to us and overall. Good job..

Chem Dry did a great job. We had not ever cleaned the carpets since it was installed and it looks brand new. Technician was on time and very professional. Explained the process thoroughly. I also chose to have the rooms scotch guarded for an additional cost. Would definitely recomend them.

I've used Jason before and have always been happy with his service, which is why I took advantage of the special. We've had cats prone to throwing up on the carpets and the stains were never successfully removed until I began to use Tropical Chem-Dry. One of the rooms had a red wine stain which he managed to remove and the other carpets had several stains which were also removed. The carpets dry in a very short period of time which is one of the reasons I like Tropical Chem-Dry. Jason called 1/2 hour before he arrived, which was right on time, to give me a heads up. He's always pleasant and helpful and I will definitely use his service again.

The service provided to me by Tropical ChemDry was good. They moved all the furniture and vacuumed. Then, they cleaned the rooms, scotchgarded the one room and put everything back. They were very professional and very quick. They came in, did it and was gone. They were quite clear on the directions and stuff. The carpet was completely dry in about two or three hours. It did not take as long to dry as other carpet cleaning I had done. They use some kind of carbonated process that doesn't soak the carpets with water, so it worked much faster. Their directions about what to do if there's any stains on the scotchgarded carpet was very clear and simple. They got stains out that I didn't think they could. Besides the room that was scotchgarded, there were no odors. The scotchgarded room had a light, clean smell. I told them to let me know before they put anything down that I might be allergic to and they did. They didn't just put it down and tell me afterwards. It was a very good value, for what was done. They also gave me coupon cards for future use for $40.00.

We arranged to have all of our carpets cleaned after the painter was done and before we moved in the house. The carpet cleaning was scheduled for Thursday. They called and changed it to Wednesday. We had someone available during the times indicated but they never showed. We then rescheduled for Monday and again, there was no call and no show. We requested our money back.

Excellent! Jason and his assistant Josh arrived as scheduled, & once we went over the details of the service covered in the special offer they went right to work. I was impressed with their pace of activity - one man prepared a room while the other worked on another area. There was no wasted time, both men were thorough and professional, and I am completely satisfied with this vendor. I will certainly use them again in the future, and recommend their services to other members.

They charge reasonable prices, arrive on time for appointments, and do quality work. I also like that they don't use water in their cleaning process because it allows my carpets to dry much faster.

I was not happy with the ChemDry process on the carpet all together. The man who did it was fine, but the process did not really clean my carpet. The process was quite expensive and did not do what I wanted it to do.

I called Jason at tropical chemdry and told him what I needed. I explained to him the area. He quoted me over the phone $120.00. When Jason got here he stuck with the quote. I thought it was a little high because he had to move only a couple of small pieces of furniture. No dressers were moved and bed was moved out by my wife and myself. I was happy with his work and he did take 5% coupon from Angie's list. I would hire him again

We love Tropical ChemDry for all of our carpet cleaning needs. They are professional, courteous and experts at what they do. The difference with ChemDry is there is very little water used and left on the carpets. I'm not sure exactly what the technology is but the proof is in the pudding. Our carpets are 14 years old and every time we call Tropical ChemDry for cleaning they look like new again. We had let them lapse a little too long and were skeptical about whether or not they would revive again but as always they are looking great again. Jason worked relentlessly to get those tough spots clean and nit picked over every detail beyond what even we expected. I highly recommend ChemDry over steam cleaning as there is no water sogging up under the carpet when they leave. The carpets were dry in less than 2 hours. The choice is easy for us, we will always call Jason at Tropical ChemDry to take care of our carpets.

I've used this service before and knew what to expect. What I like about ChemDry is the carpet is fairly dry after being cleaned - no waiting for a day or so before you can walk on it and/or put furniture back in place. And the carpet always comes out much cleaner than I anticipate.
