They came on a hot October day and took out all sliders to repair and replace rollers. The sliders were working so smooth after that. During Christmas while hanging lights I noticed that one of my sliders was stuck. I called Ron (or Rob-sorry) and he and his co worker came out to Palm Bay to check on it. It ended up being of the track most likely due to having my new carpet installed. They gave me tips on how to care for the sliders as well. I appreciate the fact that they honor their warranty, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend!"
