My contractor ordered impact glass windows from this company in April 2012. FAP sent a representative out to double check my contractors measurements and FAP's representative measured the wrong house. The mistake was only noticed when the windows were delivered, three months later and none fit. FAP admitted their mistake and ordered replacement windows, which arrived three more months later, and several were not the correct size and half, about 12 windows, were delivered with smoked glass. FAP delivered the replacement windows and glass, which arrived three more months later, and only half of those fit. This pattern continued another two times. As of today, in September 2013, I still am waiting on a replacement window and the correct glass for another. To top it all off, the company has a policy of not speaking with anyone but the person who placed the order. Although the management is well aware of who I am when I call for answers and my order, they will not speak with me about why there are so many screw-ups or when the replacement windows will arrive. Stay away from this company at all costs. You will regret dealing with them!!!!!!

They were doing warranty work and trying to resolved the warranty work done by the other company. They're a distributor for windows. Their customer service is terrible, nightmarish, awful, takes forever and can't get anything accomplished except if you deal with the general manager.

They were good. I spoke to a guy by name Javier. He gave me the information. He came to my house, gave me other catalogues and told me about different products they offered. I got different quotes from different people that I know as I was shopping around. He gave me the best quote. He was very knowledgeable. I was comfortable with him and I went with him.
