Our job was perfect! Technicians arrived on time and were personable, professional and efficient. Price seemed a bit high at first but the results were worth it. We had these folks out a few months ago for their window cleaning service, which was performed perfectly. We plan to have a long relationship with this company. Frank & Rita Speiser.

They gave me a good price for "window cleaning exterior only." The reason the price was so good was that everything but the actual glass was extra (something I had not seen before)... I wasn't home when the job was done. Screens were extra ($3/ea); when I complained that the window tracks hadn't been cleaned, he told me that would have been $2.00 extra per window--but he never told me that until after the job was done. The sliding door in the back at the patio had a screen that they didn't remove or clean at all. The glass all looked fine until I saw the patio door with the sun shining on it--it was a smeared mess, which I will have to clean myself. I didn't have the heart to look at the other windows after that... I paid the invoice, but I won't use them again.

This was the biggest rip off ever! I paid for my patio tile to be pressure washed and all the windows cleaned. Two, very polite guys, showed up and connected a hose to my washer outlet, yet I was told they had a truck with a water soure. Fine, no big deal, however, they only hosed off the patio. No pressure. Absolutely zero dirt was removed from the tile. Also only the inside windows were cleaned. They did not even clean the outside sliding glass doors of the patio. Furthermore, they broke a slat in a wood table I had on the patio and every single window they did clean inside they yanked the blinds up without adjusting the slats first which damaged one room's blinds permanently. Finally they pulled my bed from the wall and messed up the frame then just left it like that. Didn't even put it back. All this and they were done is less than an hour while I was left with a bill of $225.00.

I don't like to give bad reviews, thus I don't know why this business would list me as someone that they had performed work for because I informed the owner at the time services were rendered that I was not satisfied with the quality of the job. Overall, the quality of the job was poor. I observed that his two workers seemed to have worked rather studiously and almost non-stop for many hours pressure washing the home, cleaning the exterior windows, and gutter cleaning. However, I think the Owner of the business scheduled to much work based on the size of the home for his workers to satisfactorily complete in one day. When I called to report dissatisfaction, the Owner evaluated the job, proffered various reasons for the windows not looking clean, and was paid additional funds for interior window cleaning that could not be performed initially, but was scheduled to be performed two or three days later. The Owner said that on return, his workers would also touch up any exterior windows as needed. Surprisingly, he then rescheduled his workers' to return on a rainy day to do interior window cleaning, and no further cleaning or touchup of the exterior windows was performed. The workers' said because of the rain they could not do any exterior cleaning, and even if they did because it was raining the windows were going to look spotty afterwards. Thus, even after this second visit and additional payment, some windows are still very visibly streaked, poor insufficient job overall, and there was some minor property damages too. This business also pressure washed the home of a neighbor across the street from me around the same time, who was likewise dissatisfied with some aspects of her job. After seeing the window cleaning job that was done for me, she decided to not have this business clean her windows at all.

The service was just fine. I was satisfied with them.

They did a pretty good job on my windows. When I called them out, they came out for an estimate very quickly. That was good. They came out and did the job. They got it done quickly. I have talked to them about doing on a regular basis; they will do it twice a year. They didn't charge me for the window, they said when they come back, they will charge me. I have another company come out and it was double.

They pressure cleaned the outside of my house.

It was very good. It went well.
