Window Genie of Jacksonville Beaches

Window Genie, owned/manged by Dragan, conducted a very poor job overall cleaning our house. The first time they came out, they splatter bleach over my cedar shakes that looks terrible, had to come back to stain them. Destroyed my plants by trampling all over them. Dragan sent out inexperience workers who were clearly poorly trained, and then sent them back out again to resolve the poor job they did only to send out another crew back to fix what the first crew did not - three times they have come out and they were even worse! They chipped paint along by balcony by dragging their hoses across it. WORSE pressure washing company I have every hired, which I will never do again. Buyer Beware!

We had power washing of the outside of our home, patio, driveway , pool area and walkways; we also had windows cleaned on the outside only but they were prepared to do the inside if neeeded, and were willing to wait until the last minute to decide ; they were very accommodating and professional.i had one other quote that was cheaper than theirs, but I did not have this Angie’s List coupon at the time, which would made them probably the same value; they were reconmended by a realtor, some local neighborhood online communication service. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the contract and all that was presented by Dragon M,, the salesperson who came out to give me an estimate prior to accepting them as the contacrtor. I would highly recommend their service ; they even did follow up to make sure we were happy!

Fantastic! They did a great job, very courteous, friendly and professional. Will no doubt hire them again. The cleaner they use is streak free and helps repel rain, similar in concept as Rain X.

The cleaning went well. Had a good bit of dirt in the window sills. The windows were cleaned inside and outside. A much better view now.

Ramon and Hector did an excellent job. They were very polite and accommodated my requests to touch up one or two areas with no issues. They worked non stop with no breaks and were up and down ladders all day as I had many second story windows. I had gotten quotes from several companies and Window Genie was the best estimate, so I was a little leery that the service might be perfunctory, but hired them based on their favorable reviews. I am glad I did - they were very thorough and did great work.

This is the second year in a row that I have used Window Genie. Love their work. The same technician from last year came to wash our windows again. He was just as professional as before. Did a fantastic job on our windows. I will definitely use them again.

Window Genie did a great job. They responded very quickly to my request for a quote, which was MUCH appreciated. They provided reasonable prices for the work requested, showed up early, and I especially appreciated that the owner/supervisor showed up with the technician to introduce themselves and start the job. The job was done efficiently and well. It didn't impede my ability to function as normal with my family, run errands, and take care of 3 kids while the work was being completed. Very satisfied. Window Genie was the third estimate I got for this project. The others were more expensive and with very poor customer service responsiveness. This company was absolutely GREAT !

2 very polite young men showed up. They were proficient, professional and courteous. Done within 1.5 hours. They were mindful of my cat and made sure while entering and leaving through the door to shut it completely. The screens were never mentioned by the owner and it would have been an additional $2.50 per window. I will perhaps do it next time. Now I went to flavorable.com from the mint magazine and felt this was well worth the money. I could have never done the windows in the time they did and windows were bad but they said they have seen worse. The window were sparkling clean and clear.

Very professional from the setting of the appointment to finishing the job. The technician made sure I checked the work before he put the equipment away to make sure I was happy.

Representative arrived promptly. He was very professional in his appearnace and manner. He was extremely mannerly and pleasant.. He cleaned all 23 windows and three glass doors both on the inside and outside. Later when I called with a concern, he promptly returned to explain that a double paned window in a garden window has moisture between the panes; therefore,, it will not clean as the other windows. This was an acceptable explanation to me. The interior blinds and sheers were all returned to the position in which he found these. The windows are sparkly clean. Although I left after he had been here for about two hours, he must have finished in a total of about 3 hours ir kess (my husband was here). He did this job single handedly - I thought this was remarkable.

The owner came to my house on the same day I called and gave me a free estimate with no pressure to buy instantly. They were on time and did an amazing job. I never realized how dirty my windows were til he cleaned them! When he finished he went back around to every window to double check. I would highly recommend this company.
