Installers Jason S. (Lead) and Tyler H. were very professional and upfront about the complications of my particular bathtub remodel, and though we had to go to a second day I felt they did a very good job. They listened to my concerns upon finishing and corrected any issues or advised me on my own correction since the issue was transitional and outside of their specific job parameters (something that might be helpful to know in the future, before the final caulk is done, specifically the need to clean my floor tiles before installation as they made a poor transition from the perfectly remodeled tub and shower and were harder to clean after final caulking). As far as all the other custom requirements they asked me, listened and implemented to my satisfaction. I am happy that they listened and adapted their job to my parameters to help address a long tern wall-splashing issue upon tub exit. The whole experience was surprisingly painless and I would definitely use West Shore again for future projects. My only other minor criticism is that the original Salesperson should more clearly state that the shower cannot be used for 24 hours after installation, as the installers did very clearly, but that had not been clear to me before they installed (perhaps glossed over too quickly by my Salesperson).

The installation team of Jason (lead), Dan, and Tyler did a great job from the start to the finish. They were extremely efficient and hard working. The team protected our home and clean up upon completion. The paid specific attention to what we wanted as a customer. The 3rd Tier acrylic materials and brushed nickel hardware with the shower heads_adjustable height really sets off the master bathroom. Gage covered the sales aspect and West Shore Home Corp very well and had excellent knowledge and presentation of the product. Absolutely 5 Stars.

Excellent from the beginning to the end. The salesman, Andrew explained what the company could do - took measurements - gave me some choices of color for my new shower and gave me a quote. I thought it was a little high but after the work was finished, it was well worth it. The installers - Ernie and Nate - were right on time and despite some issues with the water shut off valve and some heavy rain (neither of which were in their control, the job was completed in one day. They took away the old heavy tub and cleaned up everything before they left. My shower is absolutely beautiful - more than I expected.

The installation team,James Jensen and Walter Stowe weâ re efficient, timely, considerate and very professional. They showed up in time and completed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up the installation site and Iâ m very happy ð with the project.

We could not be MORE pleased with our shower installation. It was a nightmare to say the least before Jason S, Dan C and Jason I got hold of it. The gentlemen were friendly, explained everything to us as they went along, and made some great suggestions as to how to improve our initial plan. They worked so hard while they were in our home, and they made sure they cleaned up beautifully when they left. I cannot recommend #WestShoreHome enough and especially the team we had working on our nightmare of a shower. No matter what challenges they faced, they overcame them and now it's a thing of beauty!

The salesman, Allen Smith, was very thorough and explained why Koehler and West Shore was the best option. The installers , Brian Trimarco and Rich Miller, were very punctual, very friendly, very informative, very efficient. They did a great job. I did this remodel to make things easier for my mother and she is very happy with the finished product.

Excellent quality and workmanship. The sales representative, Andrew , was informative and very professional. All the installers, Jenny, Shane and Travis were wonderful! The new shower looks great and they cleaned up completely. I even had a friend come by and commented on they way they cleaned up. Everything was shining and even no dust on the drive. I could not be more satisfied.

The lead installer was James Jensen and his crew was Walter Stowe, Craig Fausett, Ravi Tikaram and James Jensen. They did a great job, got to our house and worked very hard to get the job done. We were very happy with the crew and the job they did. Would definitely recommend them to any one

Arranged most of project long distance. I wasnâ t able to personally inspect work completed in March 2020, until August 2020. Iâ m very satisfied with the finished product.Also, the financing offered, made the project workable now rather than later. Thanks.

Ernie and Nate came to do a repair on our shower floor and did a fantastic job. The job was professionally done and exceeded the previous installation by a different company. We are more than happy with their work.

The salesman for West Shore, Chad Hamm, was 100% sold on the company and it was obvious. He was very thorough in his presentation. He was very enjoyable and had a great since of humor. When Patrick G. and Austin came to do the install they were very professional, they removed and installed eight windows in four hours. Obviously they know what they were doing. They left the premises just like they found it. These are beautiful windows and will be very easy to maintain.

I had my bathtub and walls done over. They said it would take 1 1/2 days,and they were right on time. I love looking at the new tub. Very efficient and professional.

Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up.

They told me it would be done in a day and it was.

I had a garden tub removed and a regular tub with shower replace it. The workers kept the area clean while tearing the area down to the studs. They totally cleaned up before they left. They did an awesome job and I'm enjoying this area so much.

My bathtub area looks great. The work was done in less time than I expected. The only problem - they showed up earlier than I was told they would and I was still in my jammies!

Superior workmanship. Easy to coordinate time. I have already hired him to do another job which he has accomplished in record time with excellent results and the tub had a hole in it which came out perfect!!!

They replaced a tub with a shower enclosure. Looked great. Within a week the curtain bar started sagging. Screws were coming out of wall both sides. Took 4 calls and 5-6 weeks for service man to come take it down. Hired Sunshine Innovative Solutions to put up shower doors. They did an excellent job at a good price.

Excellent job removing the tub in two bathrooms and replacing with showers. Both done in 2.5 days. Quality work.
