We had to keep calling them back to give as an appointment. Company kept doing shortcuts. Quality of the work was inferior/unsatisfactory. The person was also confusing to work with. They say they were trained but they were not.

Justin and Shawn did a great job and cleaned up the area. They removed a bathtub and replaced it with a walk-in shower, flooring, sink, toilet.

Allen, Kirk Hammer, Jeremiah, Turin and Mark were very professional. They kept us in the loop as the bath remodel progressed. They answered all our questions and listened to our concerns and desires. We would heartily recommend them for your project.

Evan and Woodie show up on time and did a perfect prep in the area that they were to chance out. Demolition of the existing bath tub and walls and install all new products and explain in detail of what to expect. Finished up in one day , cleaned up and was a pleasure to work with. Zach and Jake were the installers. They replaced our 30 yo sliding glass door with a depth of 4 inches with a new door with a depth of 6 inches. This required to frame it. They did a wonderful job. Weâ re very happy and will recommend West Shore Homes.

We had a Garden tub removed and replaced with a Kohler Walk-In Hydrotherapy Tub. Representative Brian McQuaig provided a comprehensive, outstanding presentation; we were very comfortable purchasing based on Brian's personable and highly professional presentation. Additionally, he is responsive to communications outreach after the sale, which is rare today. Moreover, our installation experience was altogether first rate. Chase V and David R could not have been more professional; they both were exceptionally knowledgeable in all phases of the removal and installation of our new water heater and tub, They both went exponentially over and above our expectations in all respects. GREAT, GREAT Installers, and a please to have in our home.

West Shore Home presents a great experience from start to finish. Our first impression came from Lucas, who guided us through all of our options in a stress-free, pressure-free meeting where he answered all of our questions. Our install date was supposed to be a month or two out, but our installers, Wendel J and Alfredo A were here in one week. These gentlemen were patient, kind, and extremely professional. They performed demolition, installation, and cleaned up so well after that the only evidence I have that they were ever here is my WONDERFUL new shower! If you're wavering about this company or their work, please trust me, this was one of the best investments we've made in some time. The quality of the final installation, the quality of the employees and their work ethic, impressive across the board, seriously.

The installers were purely professional and went out of the way to do the work that needed to be done. Mike C and Kirk were absolutely professional and knew definitely what they were doing and took very much care of our house and cleaned up behind them. I would definitely hire these guys because they definitely know what to do and take care and do the job right the first time. Thank guys and thank you WestShore Home for a beautiful job.

Yesterday July 24 2024 my bathroom remodel begin and finished today July 25 2024. Installers Nick C. and Dewayne did an excellent job. They clean up everything after the job was finished. I recommend West Shore Home to anyone.

2 bathroom remodel. Start of this project, Tanner was great and attentive. Answered all the questions I have. Installers Mike C, Kirk U and Shaun P were courteous and attention to detail. They cleaned up every night before leaving my home. 2 bathrooms were completed on time. My only complaint that up to this time damaged cabinet in the master bathroom has not been replace. Service dept can not give me the timeline of when the replacement will take place.

The Workers were very professional, friendly and did an outstanding job installing both our front door and a solid glass storm door.
