We actually enrolled in a maintenance plan with them, which reduced some of the cost of the repair. The technician was very diligent and explained everything. It is a great service.

They came up to give me an estimate for the cleaning. They said my duct system was clean, and no need for that service. I felt I got an honest assessment of system.

They were very courteous, knowledgable and efficient. They got the ducts cleaned. They cleaned up after themselves. They were prompt to the appointment. They completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. They did an outstanding job!

They have been great. They are coming back out to do more work in a month. I am going to continue using them for any work that we need on the furnace.

Done very professionally. They spend time making sure each of my units are functioning optimally. I like that they send someone who is very familiar with my units so they know past history etc. Overall they spent about 4 hours working on all the systems. Did not try to up-sell me on add on etc. Reviewed everything they did including checking overflow trays, making sure overflow tray cut offs functioned, unit pressure was good, no leaks coils in good condition. Very satisfied with work and would definitely use them again.

They are very professional. The technician, Chris M., was knowledgeable. They troubleshoot the problem and were able to diagnose that. We needed a part and the company ordered that for us. The part came in quickly and they were able to replace it within a week. It is a family owned company and has been around since 1963.

It was fine. They showed up when they were supposed to. I switched the dates a couple of times and they were very accommodating. They were very clean about it, cleaned the vents for me and did a nice job.

They were really good. They came and did what they said they were going to do. I had a problem recently, and though it was not under warranty, they repaired it for free. I was very impressed with that. They were very nice about it. The pricing was right in line with the other estimates that I had.

They come out every 6 months, and check my units. They change my filter and have been able to keep my unit going. My unit is over 18 years old.

They are extremely responsive, their employees are well trained, and they are always punctual. I will definitely use them again. They maintain my current systems and when I have had problems, they always respond quickly. The maintenance contract is definitely worth the piece of mind as everyone knows an AC/Heating problem 1. needs attention immediately and 2. can be very expensive. This maintenance contract and their attention to detail has kept my repairs to a bare minimum for systems that are over 15 years old. When I call them they are always highly responsive

Our compressor was not running so we called Weather Engineers to diagnose the problem. They responded very promptly and were at our home within two hours. After checking the system, they found that it was only a plugged drain line. After cleaning, our system is running great. The service person checked out the system while here and found no other issues. We appreciate the prompt and thorough service and will definitely use Weather Engineers in the future.

When David came out for the estimate everything was explained in detail what the service would entail. After I received another estimate I called for an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I was called and advised that they would be a few minutes late, a plus. Once they were here they began removing the vent covers and preparing the air handler in the garage for the cleaning process. I had requested that the diffuser boots be sealed with the sheet rock (extra change $10.00 per) as I am a terrible caulker. Well this person was not any better as I had to go around and inspect each one and have about a third of them redone. The rest of the operation went on and was completed. After leaving I found caulk that had been spilled or dripped on the granite counter tops and the tile floors. In the garage where they resealed the air handler there was sealer on the floor that was never cleaned up. I planned on discussing this clean up problem with the service manager the next day.

Well trained technicians make two visits annually to inspect the whole system, including lubrication, checking each part of the system, testing electrical controls, cleaning the condensate drain, and testing the static pressure at the air handler. Parts needed for repairs are extra. Each visit takes about 45 minutes to an hour unless a repair needs to be made. The program also includes a free diagnostic per year if the system stops working. This came in very handy when the air conditioner stopped working when it was very hot during August 2011 . . . in the late evening. I have trouble breathing when it's hot and humid. Had visions of having to stay somewhere other than home that night. Called Weather Engineers immediately. Within an hour a technician was here, and in the dark, found the problem and replaced a capacitor. There was no charge for the diagnosis, just the repair and the part. The air conditioner has been fine ever since that time.The maintenance program has worked well. Technicians are very knowledgable and courteous. They explain what they have found after they check the system. They have replaced a few parts since the air conditioning/heating system is an older system. Best of all, my breathing is much better here at home than almost anywhere else. The UV light and the cleaning of the ductwork has been a big help!

This company is usually available the same day I call, and the jobs have always been done accurately with no problems, and no repeats for the same service.

Following Tropical Storm Fay, the crawlspace of my house was flooded and did significant damage to my ductwork. Due to new regulations, new ductwork cannot be installed under the house due to the height of the space and thus movement of, rather than repair, was required. I received estimates from 4 companies, one of which, Snyder, refused to even come to my house to take a look and quoted without ever seeing the job. The other two companies were polite and professional but did not seem equipped to properly deal with the job. Only Weather Engineers climbed into my attic and measured the space. They were the only company to identify potential stumbling blocks to installation (such as interior brick walls) and was the only company to climb into the crawlspace and take photos of the damage so that they could explain exactly what had occurred and why it was necessary to do a full replacement. In the end, I decided to hold off on the replacement because of new EPA regulations that may require the replacement of my ductwork when the heat pump and air handler are replaced. My unit is now 13 years old and I couldn't justify spending $5000 for ductwork that would likely not meet the new EPA standards when paired with a higher efficiency unit. Still, when it does come time to replace the ductwork...along with the unit itself, I will contact Weather Engineers. They may have lost a small job but, in the end, they will win a significantly larger job simply for the manner in which they conducted themselves. In my limited experience in dealing with Weather Engineers, I hold them in quite high regard.

They performed exactly the service they promised and were professionals about it. Very courteous. Noticeable difference in the air quality and even efficiency of the unit.

The service person was nice enough. I asked him to check a pump and he said that was not the problem. guess what? It was. Complete waste of time and money. We have a service contract with weather engineers and will not renew the contract. This is the second time in 2 months that they have not done their job. The other time was to get an estimate on a some duct work. The gave me a quote of $700.00 just for labor and said it would take all day with 2 guys working on the issue. Chase again came through. One guy, 4 hours, and the charge was less than what Weather Engineers gave us as just a labor quote.

I have a contract with them. Their customer service was really good, and so are the people that they send out. They are very professional.

They are very professional and knowledgeable. They came out and gave me a free estimate regarding a problem I am having with my air ducts. My experience with them has been very positive. The guy that came out was very professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of options and explained every detail to me. They are a bit more pricier than other businesses, but they seem very thorough and committed to getting the job done right the first time.

Weather Engineers did such a good job. A friend recommended them to me, and I am very happy with them. The air flow is so much better now. I had another company, but Weather Engineers did so much more. You can really notice how clean the air is.

Envirovac was very courteous, prompt and professional. Their opinion seemed trustworthy. We hired them because another company had quoted us $900 in repairs they said our a/c needed. Envirovac checked everything over and saved us a lot of money.
