I enjoyed having Joe Burrus come to my property to fix all my AC problems. Joe did a perfect job and handled everything professionally! He was super knowledgeable and disclosed to me everything that was wrong with my system, gave me honest feedback about my options, and proceeded with the repair. Great, arrived on time and very professional. Took very short time.

I was hesitant in the first place in even getting the service. But the Rep talked me into it. He said that I would get some before & after pics as I requested. I didn't get them. The rep said my 2200 sq ft home (4 bd 2 bath) would take 4 hours to complete They were done in 2 hours. This amounted to paying them $200 per hour! The rep said "well, it was a cooler day & they didn't need as many breaks" So I guess that means that they were going to take 2 hours worth of breaks? Overall, I do regret getting this done as I feel it was a very rushed job. The hatch to attic in my garage isn't even put back on right. I will be going up there to inspect the duct work as they did not leave my wife & I feeling warm & fuzzy about any of the "service" they provided. I would NOT recommend this company!

I have used them for about 8 years now, and would recommend them. The technicians know any system, and are very good at giving recommendations on the next step.

I paid around $200 for a year that included 2 maintenance checks and a service call. Very trustworthy, honest, there was a gentleman that helped me with a repair and he was just very helpful. I didn't feel like he was doing any unnecessary repairs or anything. He was very professional, very helpful. It was cleaned up 100%.

Watched their online demo on website about what to expect and it wasn't that way at all. Workers did not use drop cloths under vents, did not use drop cloth to protect furniture as indicated during free estimate. No one called to confirm date, and no one called afterward regarding service. Have textured ceiling and when the vents were removed, some of the ceiling came off and the workers did not notify me, I had to discover on my own after the fact. Overall, not worth the money and would suggest at this price, research their competitors. I will not use again.

I pay on a yearly basis, it's $150. I usually get two out of it. Usually just one person comes out to complete the service. It takes 60 to 90 minutes from them to complete it. They leave the area very clean. Both from a new install as well as follow-up and taking care of any problems that have come up, I haven't had any problems with them.

Since they put in the original equipment, they were the ones that did the manufacture's warranty and stuff. I have not had any reason to go some place else. They seem to be competitive price wise for the maintenance.

It is an annual maintenance contract. It is about $125. It is a $250 coupon for the year which includes two visits. One person came out for the service. They left the area clean.

The first experience was good. I kept on using them.

The work was done well enough by an experienced technician but we could get the main office to match prices with competitors who were charging less for the same service.

They're very professional and they work very hard to make everything work properly.

Very good. Had emergency service call on July 4th weekend. They came out July 3 rd made quick repair and saved the day. Never expected to get a/c fixed on Holiday weekend. Great customer service. Will use for all a/c work in Future. Fred Ledig Jacksonville Fl.

They came to the house to give me an estimate, and explained exactly what would be done. The guys who came out when scheduled were on time and courteous. I think they really did a good job. I'd have them back or recommend them to anyone looking for this service.

They came out and told me I had to pay them $150 for them to basically come out and tell me my guy ruined my entire system. They're an A+ across the board. Because I told them my situation, I even had a supervisor. I didn't ask him to be there but he was there. He showed up with his contractors. They got the job done. They helped me with what was wrong.

came out on the weekend after initial call in 1 1/2 hours. he found an issue with the line backing up water. there was no charge because it was found that when the other service tech from the same company had ocme out last week to perform some work, the tech had accidently hit/moved the pipe so that it was slanting at a downward angle. hopefully, I will have no more AC issues. Not sure if I will use company again.

She gave me the option of date/time and AC tech and arranged for them to come and do the original work that was scheduled for 6/15/15. Also, there was no charge. The tech, Arthur, called before he arrived, was early for the appointment and did a great job.

the piece to be installed was never on the truck. I was then told that it was being picked up at the warehouse to be delivered to my house. The Ac tech waited over 1 hour in my driveway. I called the office and explained the problem. Was told by Jena that the truck was not loaded with the piece and that the driver was on the way to the warehouse to pick it up. I then went outside to tell this to the tech. He was on the phone with the supervisor who said that it was actually NEVER ordered and would not be done today at all. I was mislead, and lied to from the beginning and expect the work to be done without further charge to me. I took 4 hours off from work to have this done. Have contacted the owner via email and will wait for reply.

They came by at the designated time and assessed the situation quickly and efficiently. They also told me what was wrong and what would need to be completed to fix the issue. My issue was resolved that day and time.

An estimator for Weather Engineers came out promptly and gave us an estimate. Technicians were able to do the work immediately and installed an entire new HVAC unit. The technicians were polite, professional and experts at their job. They removed all the old equipment and cleaned up inside and outside the house. We highly recommend Weather Engineers.

I have recommended the company to friends before I bought the new unit. I called them out of the clear blue for my disabled and indigent client. Someone went the next day and repaired the unit - that had been not been working for weeks. the cost was zero! they were giving back to the community without hesitation, unbelievable! this technician cleaned my unit and assured me that I would have a lower electric bill. Hard to believe when my electric bill is lower than my water bill! I will always work with him company never another one. For good service, good price and put people, you can expect from them.

It went great! The entire team was defined by professionalism from the first visit to the bid to the end of the installation. They know what they are doing and always find time if the customer has questions or concerns. The installations were very timely and clean.
