The entire process happened smoothly. We did encounter an issue from some sever weather that was happening at the time but Zach took care of the issues quickly. It was nice having one person who handled our replacement from beginning to end.

Daniel was punctual and professional. He performed the roof maintenance inspection included in the package and did minor repairs. I was very pleased that my roof received a good report and no damage from Hurricane Matthew.

Excellent, quality roofing shingles used. On time every day. Workers cleaned up everything. No additional costs. Roofers hada to use cables since roof was so steep, excellent job.

Upon the glowing recommendation from a neighbor who previously used Turnkey, I called the company rep, Zach, and began the process with my homeowners insurance to see if we could qualify for repairs. From start to finish, Zach was extremely professional and even came out to accompany my insurance company's inspection rep while our roof was being inspected. After final approval to begin, the work commenced and was completed in two business days. The gentlemen working on our roof were polite and hard workers. They thoroughly cleaned up the debris afterwards, save for a few nails that were very easy to miss in the cracks of our patio. I highly recommend Turnkey for any roofing needs in the Jacksonville area and give kudos to Zach for his professionalism.

Additional repairs were needed but, I elected a different company nearest to me to quote the full roof replacement.

Turnkey Construction & Maintenance, Inc was hired by my insurance company to replace my roof due to a damage from a storm. I had 2 splintered trusses/rafters that needed replaced or repaired. Only 1 was "repaired" without a permit from the county. I voiced my concerns to the owner Mr. Lavarias within hours of the crew starting on my roof. The crew covered rotted wood, took my skylights off first and did not cover the openings. This caused a large amount of roofing materials and nails to fill my 3 bathrooms. The crew caused large ruts in my yard which they swept their garbage in a "repaired" the damage with a few pieces of sod. The crew also drove over my brick walk way and then "repaired" it with caulk. The crew installed torn shingles, did not re nail sheathing properly, covered multiple holes in the roof sheathing, caused damage to my pool roof with a pitch fork, left trash and cigarette packs in my attic, blew holes in my garden hose, tore my pool room screen, left roofing materials blow all over my neighbors yard. I have picked up a minimal of 60 nails and about 30 cigarette buts out of my yard. They put my satellite dish on with roofing tar and a roofing nail which blew off the roof. They brought a handy man out to "fix" the issues which I would not let do anything until my insurance company came and saw what their preferred roofing company did to my home. Overall the quality of work is beyond substandard. The owner promised me a roof he would proud to have on his own home.

Zach was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, no pressure to commit, and the new roof looks better than I thought. After dealing with other roofing companies Turnkey was by far the easiest and most professional I have dealt with and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

The company and employees are exceptional. The workmanship are exceptional. They did everything they said they would do... They followed up with us at each step of process from; ordering permit to delivering dumpster to roofing removal to applying roofing. Then the Representative came by our house personally following completion to ensure we were satisfied...wow. This company and it's employees are wonderful...

I had kept Juan's card after meeting him several years ago and called when we needed our roof replaced. He is straight forward and honest and we didn't feel the need to shop around or call anyone else. Juan follows up well (a big plus) and kept us informed of his plans and progress. He was also willing to accommodate our schedule. The workers were careful around our yard and landscaping and cleaned up well. Our roof looks great.

I had hurricane damage to my roof. Turnkey Construction was selected to do a complete reroof. I had a great experience. I worked with Juan and he was totally professional and did what he said. They were flexble (for my needs) on the schedule, showed up on time and completed the project on time and at the price quoted. I would use Turnkey Construction again and would certainly recommend them without any hesitation.

They were very attentive to our needs and took the time to explain what exactly was needed. Fair pricing considering the amount of work needed. Once work was scheduled they quickly completed the work. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs. I provided before and after pictures of the work.

We contacted Juan at TC and made an appointment for him to come out and take a look at our roof and provide an estimate. He was very professional and gave us an estimated price that was in the range we were expecting...SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the other roofer had quoted for the same or better materials. On the day of installation, the workmen arrived very early (great!) and immediately got to work removing the old shingles. After the old shingles were removed, it was apparent that some plywood was going to have to be replaced. Throughout the repairs, whenever I saw something that needed to be addressed, instead of taking shortcuts, the roofers did the right thing. After a while, I realized that they were always going to do the right thing...and to the best that I could tell...they did. All-in-all. I was very impressed with their work ethic and quality of work. In closing, my experience with TC was a VERY positive one. They did everything that they said they were going to do...and more. They did the right thing at every opportunity. In my experience, this is a very rare thing. Thank you TC and Juan for the pleasant experience of doing business with an honest company. We will use you for other jobs and also recommend you to others.

Turnkey Construction was a Pleasure to deal with. The roofers took great care to protect our surrounding landscaping and exposed patio furniture. We checked behind them for nails that may have been missed during the cleanup, and were happy with the job of making sure none were left behind.

Had a minor problem and the company qickley repaired. They cleaned the area hauled all the trash. Very hard workers. The problem a leak occured on Tuesday the 6th after the hard rain during the night. They were here early Tuesday morning to get it fixed. They assured me the problem would be fixed and it was. I would highly reccomend Turnkey for anyone needing a new roof. Very professional.. When we contacted the company the representitive came out went over the entire rood and explained the process to us. Answered all my questions and kept in contact with me during the entire process. They are a grade A company.

Juan came out and was really nice, got on the roof, checked it out and did some quick resealing maintenance. I had some minor damage from the recent Florida hurricane so he inspected that while he was here and will get me a quote for the repair. All in all I was really happy with the maintenance performed and will probably use them for the repairs.

Did not return my call. Did not respond to my email. Did not respond to the online estimate notice which stated they would call me asap.

I recently took advantage of a roof maintenance package special offer to have my 16 year old roof inspected and some minor repairs done. There was some delay in contacting me, which was my fault, as I discovered they didn't have my phone number. Once contacted, they were very responsive and sales manager Juan was out by noon that same day. After briefly discussing the roof's age and any known problems, he went on the roof and did a good inspection. He replaced three cap shingles that had blown off in a recent storm and also several exposed nails where the heads had rusted off over the years. I am not sure that this was within the scope of work for the job, but I had all the materials needed to do the work and he did it very quickly and professionally. He also provided me with some recommendations to alleviate a problem with water seeping through a masonry fireplace, causing some fascia boards to rot. He will follow up with a quote on the recommended fix. Overall, Juan found my roof to be in good condition with an estimated 5-7 more years of life, which is good to know. My experience with TurnKey Construction & Maintenance, Inc. and Juan in particular was excellent. They did what they said they would do and probably beyond on this particular job. All employees I had contact with were very professional and customer centered. Value of work done was excellent. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them for your roof maintenance and repair needs. I will certainly contact them for future work.
