We have been very pleased with this company. Kenny, the company representative we worked with, is nice and very personable. He went over the work that they would be doing and gave us references to see for the color of roofing material that we were interested in. He quickly responded to any questions we had. The roofers did an excellent job. They showed up when expected and started work immediately. They were very polite and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the way that the roof turned out.

It went great. To begin with, Ben (owner) and surely his best Sales Rep Bill Elledge were punctual, professional, well organized and competitively priced. Secondly, they explained everything they'd do for the price and came through on all of it. Everything was completed like they said it's be at not a dollar more than quoted using the materials promised. Their crew were polite, hard working and committed to providing a quality finish. Lastly, Bill made sure the punch list was completed quickly, a few minor details that needed finishing after a quickly completed day and a half job. I've never experienced such a well organized professional outfit. Book them while you can... these guys are busy for a reason. Thanks Ben and Bill! Gary.

My parents and I are extremely pleased by the service, quality of work and professionalism displayed by Kenny, the workmen, and the office administrator of TurnKey Construction and Maintenance. My elderly parents were in search of a roofing company to replace their 20+ year old roof. After speaking with another company and left feeling uneasy, Kenny of TurnKey restored our faith of an honest and hard working company . Kenny spent time with my parents giving them a step by step game plan explaining what materials were going to be used, how long it would take, and the procedure that would be taken. Most importantly Kenny worked with my parents to stay within their budget. He offered them different options and gave them the time they needed to make their own decisions without the pushy salesperson technique displayed by the other company. As Kenny promised, his crew arrived on time and completed the work in one day. They respected the surrounding landscaping, and impeccably cleaned up the work area. The finished roof has been reinforced with Weather Loc peel and seal, and Owen Corning Duration shingles. Now Mom and Dad have a beautiful roof. Kenny and TurnKey continue the good work!! Your honesty and work ethics will outshine any other company!

Turnkey's owner, Ben, fully involved himself in the replacement process and was there to answer questions and guide us through the insurance process. His installers were both quick and thorough and our roof went on in 2 days (inclement weather held them back half a day). Ben is an extremely professional contractor, in dress and demeanor and does not come off as your typical rough around the edges roofer. We were pleasantly surprised at the ease of the process and proud of the job that his installers did. We would highly recommend Turnkey Construction and Maintenance!

Ben, the owner, was very attentive to our needs for a new roof. He came out gave us an estimate. We had suffered hail damage, and unfortunately was initially not covered by insurance. Ben recommended another company that would act as a liaison between us and the insurance company. Within 30 days, our roof was now approved by the insurance company (new roof was only going to cost us $500 deductible w/insurance). We contacted Ben again and told him the good news and that we were ready to proceed in getting a new roof. Unfortunately, my husband took ill in between all of this, and we had to postpone the new roof for a few weeks. Ben was very understanding and patient. When the time came, we called and re-scheduled. It only took 2 days and then we had a brand new roof. Ben had also told us about the option for architectural shingles, which we decided to go with to enhance our roof. They look amazing!! Thanks Ben, we love our new roof!! Our neighbor needed a new roof, too. She loved ours so much, she called Ben and signed a contract with turnkey construction. We are now getting a $100 referral fee from the company! We would totally recommend this company and use them in the future!
