Toilet wouldn't stop running so we tried to turn the water off at the wall and the pipe broke behind the wall. Thank goodness turned the water off at the street before we started. Of course this was a Sunday so we had to do an emergency call. The on call plumber returned my call in 10 minutes and was at my home in 30 minutes. Fixed the pipe and replaced the inner workings of the tank and quickly.

Plumber and helper came out for assessment, then scheduled work and performed it a week later, as promised. Wall was taped and patched ready for painting. Site clean when they left. I met the owner when I returned a left tool. He was courteous and knowledgeable.

They made it to the house the same morning that we called them. The problem was fixed in less than an hour. Also received an Angie's List discount.

TheKitchen sink was clogged. We had augured approximately 20 ' in and plunged with poor results. Turner was called and told us they'd be out in 30-45 minutes. They showed up within that time frame, discussed the issue with us and the most likely problem, then proceeded to get to work. Because of the work we had done previously and that the washer was draining properly, (the washer draining was one of their diagnostic questions) they went to the roof and ran an augur down through the roof vent. 30' in they found a blockage. It was removed and the sink started draining properly. We have a two bin sink, one of which has a garbage disposal attached. Within the sink cabinet, the two sinks were connected via a vertically mounted "T" connection under the second sink that then leads to the trap.The pipe running between the disposal and the "T" connection was horizontal. The plumber recommended that this configuration be modified to allow the disposal to drain better. Once the work was approved, it was performed quickly. I'm very pleased with the results as well as the cost of the work and Turner's professionalism. We will be using this company again when necessary and I recommend their work to others.

The technician was on time, courteous, and did a good job. However, the cost of service and parts ($43 for a screw) was ridiculous, $150 labor for one hour work.

The appointment window was from 4-5, Lisa from Turner Plumbing called to let me know when Chris was on his way and he arrived a few minutes before 4pm. Chris was very professional and gave everything a thorough review with all the fixtures being used at once and assessed the problem. He cleared the drain quickly and also showed me where the water main and run off are for future reference. I'm looking to do some bath/laundry room renovation in the near future and he also talked that through with me to give me an idea of how that could work. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need to have done, which I greatly appreciate. But, he did let me know that there could be some potential complications with adding new plumbing to a system that's original to a 1941 house. Which was also helpful to know. Chris also reminded me of the Angie's List coupon, which I had actually forgotten about! Helping me to save money is always appreciated!

I called one evening and Chris came out the next morning to repair the leak. We have used Turner for several years for indoor repair work and installation of new sinks and faucets. They have also replaced outdoor drain lines and allowed me to dig up the old line to save on labor costs. They are very responsive and very professional.

It went great. I met Jim and Christian at the home and they immediately began trying to unclog the drain with the lightest and least expensive snake in case the clog was minor. After the smaller snake went down the drain 25' and did not break up the blockage, they broke out the Big Cahuna 3/4" drain machine and sent it down the drain about 45'. That got the drain cleaned out. they then cleaned up the jobsite and went on there way. I called Jim about 5 minutes later because I was at another job giving an estimate on some plumbing work and he make a side trip and came to my prospective client's home and looked at the work to be bid and said he would pass the information on the his boss. Buzz and Carla Turner and the entire staff i have had the pleasure of working with at Turner Plumbing are a first class act.

They showed up on time and completed the work quickly. They also pointed out a small crack on the backsplash that could allow water from the sink to leak to the cabinet below, so I caulked it myself a few days afterwards.

I was looking for a new plumber, after the last few I tried had disappointed me. If I am going to pay a plumber's rates, I want them to be knowledgable and professional, or I will just try to do it myself. I was pleasantly surprised with Turner Plumbing. I got into a bind and needed some help finishing up a plumbing project. I called my contractor and he told me to call Turner. I called at 4pm and was told it would be late the next day before they could come over. I explained that I couldn't get my water back on and I just needed a quick valve replacement. They were very kind and sent a plumber over, that was heading home for the day. He didn't have any body piercings and was very professional. By the time they got there, I had actually managed to remove the old valve and they were able to install the new one. Because they do charge a standard call rate of $85 to come out, I found another small job for them to do. They replaced a tub drain. This required them to come out the next day to finish installing a decorative plate for the tub overflow. They only charged a half hour of labor for that trip, instead of another service call fee. Overall, I was very happy with the service and the attitude of the plumber I got. He acted like he actually cared if the job was done well.

We have used Turner Plumbing for years and would not use anyone else. The drain cleaning is wonderful, and they really know what they are doing. I have recommended them to so many people over the years. They are just a wonderful company.

Normally I get good service from Turner. Not this time. The price they charged shocked me. They were here only 30 minutes but charged for an hour. They were untidy and did not clean a drain. They did not look or act professional. They seemed not to care.

I have used Turner Plumbing for a long time. If his plumbers were to damage anything in the house he would back it up and take care of it. He is a top notch professional. His latest group of plumbers are not up to par. There is no call before arrival.
