We hated to make the tech come on an emergency basis over Labor Day weekend, but we had a leaky faucet in our laundry room for which Flo by Moen sent us a warning. In trying to turn the water off under the sink, we caused an even bigger leak. After warning us about the weekend upcharge, Mac came quite a distance (very cheerfully), fixed the problem, and ordered new parts. He is extremely knowledgeable and customer-friendly. We have been long-time customers of Turner Plumbing. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I needed a re-pipe due to a slab leak. Decided to remodel both the Kitchen and Bath as it allowed unfettered access to walls and minimized number of hole accesses cut in my rooms. Re-pipe went very well. Basically 2 full days by Chris to get that done. Very neatly done and Chris was super efficient. The Bath remodel also went well. There was an issue with the floor tile (mfr caused it) so it was replaced. I actually liked the second tile better so I figure it was a win for me. Custom made vanity was held up for parts. This stopped all work as it had to go in first. It was worth the wait as the cabinet came out superb. Calin did a really nice job building it. Tub to shower conversion was exceptional. I have floor to ceiling tile for the shower. Glass doors look great. Overall the project went well with only a few glitches waiting for parts from backed up manufacturers (Covid caused). I can highly recommend Turner Plumbing and the workers on site. Special thanks to Lisa for tracking materials and getting folks on site on time. I hate folks who show up late for scheduled work and that never happened.

John and Zack did a great job. They were here promptly, in fact they called and were able to come an hour earlier than expected. Took 45 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves, were extremely courteous and efficient and I was very happy with the cost.

Turner is the best. They Show up when they say they will, complete the job in a timely manner and clean up everything completely. Turner remodeled a bathroom for us previously and are my go to company for plumbing.

11-6-18 Called Turner Plumbing to schedule appointment for small drip in bathtub faucet. 1903 Hendricks Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32207 (904) 396-7044 The lady said they had an opening at 8:00am the next morning. 11-7-18 8:00am comes, and no one shows up. I am waiting to go to work, so I call, and the lady said they had not put it on the board. She said she would find someone and they would be there in 15 minutes. 11-7-18 (Troy) came out. He said my current (2) single knobs would break off and he would need to install a new valve with a spout diverter. He said he had one in his truck. *Moen Retro Trim and Moen Posi Temp. I asked him if he was capable of doing the work and did he have time to do it on that date. He said yes, he had time, and he had 10-years’ experience. 11-7-18 When I returned home, I broke down in tears. 1. 3 rooms and the hall was covered top to bottom in dust. 2. 2 large cuts in the beautiful shower wall tile, extending about 4” outside of Moen faceplate made by his cutting machine. 3. He created a 3” x 3” hole that he filled in with white putty which was exposed between the faceplate and the faucet. 4. He had cuts, chips, and scratches in the porcelain tub wall and tub ledge. 5. Hot water would only drip. 6. Paint torn off at shower head. 7. Handle on new Moen faucet installed is not strait up and down. 11-8-18 I called Turner Plumber first thing in the morning and said that I wanted to speak with the manager. I did not receive a call, so I called back and sent pictures to Carrie via her phone. She confirmed that she had received them and would call me the next day. 11-12-18 Mr. Turner cam out to the house. Regarding no hot water – he said the new Moen valves are made to mix the water allowing less hot water to come out of the faucet. I questioned him on this (5) times, and he continually said that it was now normal for the hot water to barely come out. He said the only thing he could do was to turn up the hot water heater. He also said that he could not see the scratches, cuts, and chips on the porcelain tub and tub wall. The scratches, cuts, and chips show up in all pictures, and everyone else that drops by are able to see the scratches, cuts, and chips. Please see photos. I then asked him if we could move the Moen faceplate down to try and cover the cuts made by the machine as well as the 3” x 3” hole they made/exposed and filled with white putty. New plumbing guy (Carrie said he was the best they had) came out and moved Moen faceplate down next to faucet. This hid the machine cuts and some of the hole with the putty in it. He also replaced the Moen faucet with a different faucet. He said it was better. (I am not sure what he meant by it was better. The silver on the Moen faceplate and the silver on the new faucet do not match 12-18-18 Have not heard from Turner Plumbing, so I reached out to them once again to find out what they are going to do with the damaged porcelain on the tub. Carrie was out of the office because she was sick. 1-2-19 Have not heard from Turner Plumbing, so I reached out to them again. Carrie contacted Surface Specialist. 1-21-19 9:16am Surface Specialist came out to the house to access the damage to the porcelain. They buffed it out, and said the scratches, cuts, and chips were too deep and they could not repair the damage. I reached out to Turner Plumbing once again to give them Surface Specialist’s assessment. They said they would reach out to Surface Specialist in the morning and get their report and talk with the Turners. 1-24-19 Reached out to Turner Plumbing and asked if they have received the report. They said yes, and they were about to sit down with Mrs. Turner to discuss. 1-25-19 9:47am reached out to Turner Plumbing asking what Mrs. Turner had to say. 1:33pm reached out to Turner Plumbing again because no reply. We are right at 3 months. I told Carrie just to reimburse me for Troy’s labor, due to the destruction of my bath at this point. Now they want to send a field supervisor out from their office. They were able to come out the next day, arrived on time, and were done with the work very quickly. I’ve used this company a few times and I’ve always had good results.

Extremely responsive especially on Black Friday. Was at the house within an hour. Price was very reasonable for short notice on a holiday weekend.

Buzz came out, he is the owner. He was the son of the man that my husband knew quite well because he did some advertising for him. He was on the radio. Of course, his dad has since died. He came out and did an estimate for me. Their price is an "A" for the service they give. They're not the cheapest plumber in town, but quality is A+. I just signed a contract for them re-doing a part of the bathroom.

Excellent! I now switched permanently to Turner. I like it that they charge by the hour. They are fast! And they did a great job. Tired of my old plumber who charges by the project. I saw my old plumber at Lowe's yesterday and told him what I paid. He said he should start using them to do work for him. Yes, he should.

Requested plumbing to use current opening but they did it their way and messed up some tile in bathroom but they did repair.. had to match up tile. Contacted them to repair what they missed and they said they do not service our zip code. I under stand it was not under warranty but needed it done.

Work was done very well. Would definitely use again.

I scheduled an appointment last week for an estimator to stop by our house on 12/6/2016 at 11:00 AM. I had to work around my work schedule to make it happen, which was not easy. I allowed a buffer of time for Kendall to arrive, as most service companies schedule in blocks of time. When it became close to noon, I called the office to inquire about an ETA. The receptionist stated that the appointment was at 1:45 PM. I advised her that I would not have scheduled that time due to work commitments, and also re-checked my calendar to ensure I had scheduled it for 11:00 AM (which I did). I know mix-ups happen, but there was not so much as an apology or any acceptance of their mishandling of the appointment times. I was unable to reschedule for the same date, so I called the office back and spoke with a different receptionist (with whom I believe I scheduled the initial appointment with). I explained that I was not able to re-schedule for this week, and would be unlikely to schedule again. Once again, no apology was given and no explanation for the mix-up was provided.

A big mess! Firstn they had to come clean up the glue dripped and smeared, then to get the pipe out of way of AC filter drawer, to look for an estimate on a replumb of whole house not realizing part of the hot water issue was their big mistake (our bills kept increasing and only short warm showers) and then to funally to repipe due to hot and cold being backwards. I will say they were all nice, responsive, but what a headache! They need to fire the one guy who caused this big mess. What a waste of time and money for everyone! They did fix twice for free and gave discount on original work. They quickly returned cslls and showeed up all the times but I had to send pictures over ect. We still had to pay the bills for the gas wayer heater trying to heat the switched lines.

The guys at Turner are great. This was the third time we have used them and we have been pleased by the prompt, efficient service every time, especially considering we are dealing with an older home with the issues that come with this. This last time there was an unforeseen issue where the initial repair didn't "take", but the problem was resolved almost immediately after we called.

It was a little bit more involved than that, I think they had to replace a valve in the wall. We've used them at least once or twice. They are great. We were very pleased.

It went very well. Kendall gave us the schedule of what day work would be performed and who would be doing it. She continually followed up if someone, like the tile guy was going to be late, and notified me. Her project management skills are top notch. Even when she went away, she introduced me to Carla, who would be my contact. Their employees were professional, extremely kind and considerate, especially Eric and Matt who installed the vanity, the toilet, the shower fixtures, etc. We were so pleased with the work we did and we will definitely be using them for future projects.

Turner Plumbing was professional and responsive from day one to the completion of the project. They were helpful with suggestions but respectful of my ideas and my budget. All the staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgable.

They were very effective. It had a great price. The resolved the issue quickly.

Two days before Christmas my wife called me at work and told me there was water coming up through the floor in our hallway. Called Robert at Turner, he called back right away. Although he was busy, he said "I'm sorry for you guys, it's Christmas. I'll make time to come out there." He came out, fixed the slab leak and helped me set new concrete...he didn't leave until way after dark. Did everything for a very reasonable price, too. This is the kind of old-fashioned service you used to get. Can't reccoment this guy highly enough. Thanks Robert.

As well as it could go with unforeseen problems along the way. I think the man doing all the tile work had several jobs going on at the same time so took much longer than expected but patience is important with any remodel/repairs (older home)
