Description of Work: Came took care of a leaky pipe. Hooked up my dishwasher. Work order stated he checked all my connections under kitchen sink. 7 days later, leak at one of the connections. Called and they came right out and fixed at no charge. Very happy with their service. Friendly staff. Will use them again .

Description of Work: I just needed an estimate and they called me back to get the details right away. I was told the estimator was out of town and would contact me as soon as they got back and he did just that. He called me when he returned to work and promptly provided me an estimate. His estimate was very comprehensive and complete. Based on the quality and scope of his estimate, I am sure his work would be superb. HIs price was within 5% of the other estimates that I had received.

Description of Work: Outstanding! I called them out to fix what another plumber had done. They did several tests to understand the issue, then fixed the other companies mistakes. They will be my first call next time. Ask for Shawn, he did a great job!!!

Description of Work: I called Turner Plumbing because I had water all over my garage floor after doing two loads of clothes in my Whirlpool Duet washer. I thought the drain was plugged or leaking because I couldn't see evidence that it was wet directly behind the machine. Two plumbers came the same day which I truly appreciate. They determined in 15 or 20 minutes that the water was actually coming from the back of the washing machine not the piping where the water drains. Basically other than looking for a possible leak nothing was actually done in regard to the purpose of my call to the company. I asked Jim, who was just as pleasant as could be, if they installed faucets and he said yes. I had them install a bathroom faucet I had purchased several months ago. I'm not 100% sure exactly what the problem was, but it sounded like when the house was plumbed 27 years ago, the guy might not have done such a hot job with the pipes under the sink. The Turner plumbers did have to do a little jimmy rigging underneath to make the drain work properly they said although I never had an issue with water leaking in the master bath prior to this. According to the receipt they were at my house for 2 hours. A lot of time was spent going back and forth to the truck for this and for that during the faucet installation. My biggest problem with the whole experience is the cost followed by the apparent unpreparedness while doing the job. I am a single female, recently retired on a very low fixed income. I don't have the luxury of a 2 income budget nor really a "normal" income of a gainfully employed person. It just seems to me that paying $227.00 ultimately to install an $89 faucet is a little bit over the top. I wish this company was a little more consumer friendly and charged for the job not just the time.
