They were professional. They knocked on the door and they were here on time. The only complaint that I had was that one of the guys smelled pretty bad. He had to come inside and spray. They cleaned up everything. They plugged the holes around the foundation.

They come out quarterly and they are prompt and they make the appointments and arrive when they are supposed to. We haven't had any termites, so they are doing their job for us. We will continue to use their services for termite control in the future.

They do a good job and we have been using them for the past 14 years. We use them because they are reliable. When I have any pest problems, they will come out and take a look at it for me. We have an agreement with them for the annual termite control.

I would give them high ratings. The annual fee we pay them includes the termite control bond for $250000 coverage. I have had them for a few years and will continue to use them.

I use them four times a year. They do a great job, and I'm very happy with their service. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were the ones that treated our house when it was being built and I've used them ever since. We haven't had any termites since then. I have a contract with them and they come out quarterly.

We have it on a monthly plan with them so we pay them on a monthly basis. We paid for their Turner Platinum Guard. I don't know if the service we get from them has to be with the fact that we paid for the client service that they provide. Because we paid for that, anytime we call them and complain about some bugs or whatever in the house, they make every effort to come out as soon as possible to treat for those bugs. They are always open to coming and making extra trips doing inspections on the house. I have never had any complaints as far as the treatment they do to ensure that the house is bug free, especially because we have children. I don't know if it is because we pay for the higher service. I have never had a complaint with the prompt and quick service that they do provide. They have always been very professional and very easy to talk to. They are never pushy and never trying to get you to buy more or anything like that. I think that is something everybody appreciates. We had the house built and their service came with the house, so I really don't know comparatively speaking what they are compared to other companies in town price-wise.

They are good and very regular. They are reliable, on time, show up to do the work, and their treatment works. I will use them again in the future.

Sometimes I got conflicting information from the various people that came out. One man said I could pay a little more and I could get property protection as well. The next person said I could not. You got a different story depending on who you talked to. I was not impressed with that. The service was fine. They would sprinkle their product and inspect for termites. The last gentleman said it did not really do anything so that is what turned me off and I did not continue with them.

Excellent work. Technician doing the work was friendly and knowledgable. Did not waste a bunch of time, just got down to work. Great clean up afterwards.

I have been with them since the house was built. I have no complaints and they provide great service.

Signed up for service, paid in advance. I had to call a month later since they never came. This was in April. They were supposed to come 7 times a year. They didn't come again, till late August. Needless to say, my lawn looked terrible at this point. If you have to remind them to come, what's the point of having a lawn service. I wanted less hassle.

Turner treats me like a valued customer and to date I have had no termite problems as a result of their services. I would highly recommend them to others. They are extremely punctual and through. They also do not waste time while on the job and quickly go about their business to prevent pests.

I think that the customer service with Turner Pest Control is wonderful. I just think that they could improve on a few things. One would be that the bug control for the lawn was better. Some of the lawn is spotty, maybe due to bugs.

The inspection is something I have to do. My problem is that for $125, Turner Pest Control should do more than walk around with a flashlight for 10 min. In the future, I will hire a company that does a little more inspection for the money.

Turner Pest Control has been good. They always let me know a month before they are due to come out. We set a date, as someone has to be home so they can check out the inside. We have to pay in advance. So far so good, house is only three years old.

Turner Pest Control was unable to take care of the rat problem. I had to hire a second company to take care of it. I wouldn't recommend them to others.
