Turner Pest Control

I was a Fahey customer and they were bought by Turner. Turner retained very few Fahey employees. Fahey was a small family co. and Turner is owned by a Swedish co and is the 4th largest in world and they are owned by a private equity co. Therefore profit is paramount not the customer. They killed the grass, did not treat yard for pest. Had 4 different techs in 2 years. Customer service is poor and don't know their job and they increase prices often over the rate of inflation. Find a smaller co. that cares.

Terrible company, worst customer service, employees are are incompetent and the mangers don't back your issues when thier is problem that thier employee caused. Will never reccomend this company.

They come out monthly, are very cost effective, and their treatment has been very effective. I never see a bug and they are terrific. They have been very safe during Covid times and I would highly recommend them as well.

DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS OFFER We were new to the area and went on Angie’s List to find a reputable pest control company and we were impressed with the reviews with Turner; the company was offering a discounted annual in home pest service program which was supposed to save us a little money; we paid in advance and we regret that decision and we are totally disappointed. We should have realized from the beginning when we kept getting hounded by the company telling us we never paid even though we paid with a credit card and had verification. Regarding the pest control program; we had the technician in our home probably 5 times in less than 4 months and the technician kept telling us to clog up little holes with super glue and every time he came he used his little flashlight and would point out more holes, the technician was never able to get rid of ants! We are not impressed with the technician, the process you use or the company. Turner Pest refused to refund any money even though we did not even have the company 6 months of the 12-Month Preventative Pest Control Package. We paid for a competitor to come in and immediately they solved the ants and any other crawling pest problem!

It went well. Lawn looks good. No complaints.

It went well. Most bugs gone after first visit. They were able to return in just three days after I saw another bug.

I have a contract with them. Product treatment could be better good results, but could be better.

I am contemplating on keeping them for the lawn. There has been no improvement. I think they are supposed to come every other month and I really don't recall the last time they came.

They come quarterly. I graded them an "A" because of their responsiveness. Even though it's quarterly, if I have any type of issue, they will come right away. I can call today and say "Hey, I got an ant problem," they will come right away. Knock on wood, I haven't had any pest control issues since I moved in the house and I have been using them for the 9 years that I have lived here.

Very professional, and nice. They call ahead of time before they come, and they send an email with results if I am not there. The price is reasonable.

I got yearly service with them. They come once a quarter. They also come a fifth time just for the yearly inspection. They only send one person. We pay them whatever the yearly fee is. Then, they automatically come out every quarter. I think the price was competitive. Usually, they do everything whether you're here or not. They got the business model down. They do a good job. They come out in newer clean vehicles. Their people are always wearing identification cards in their uniform. They act in a professional manner.

They come about the end of every three months. It's normally one person. That one person has changed over the years. The first five years I had the same individual. Then, the individual retired. The, we had a different individual for a year or they moved on. It's not a different person every time. Usually, you have somebody assigned to your account as long as you're with the company they stay with your account. So, either they die, retire or move to a different company is the reason you get a new technician. It's professional, courteous service at a reasonable price. I did know the family that started that company back when I was a kid. My best friend, it was his family. He died many years ago when his older brother was running the company even though I didn't really know him. I knew the family from back in the 1960s, so I felt comfortable knowing I would get good service. That's why I chose them over the others when we built this home. Anytime I've had a question or an issue they've always been responsive. They've always stood by their product. They've always given us good service. They've always done what they said they were going to do.

They come on a regular basis. I think it is every 2 months for the lawn fleas and stuff. Then they come once a year for the interior of the house. They are reliable. I pay for the year.

Very professional and punctual. Price is fair enough.

Termite inspection was very thorough and professional. Agent provided quote for specific treatment plan. Actual treatment personnel were very professional, punctual and thorough.

I have a quarterly schedule, very satisfied with the service

Great Team! I have had turner now for some time and they are always polite with prompt service. When ever we find unwanted insects, they are quick to respond and provide service. Will keep turner's for a long time!

On 2/20/17 I posted a negative review with a grade of F for Turner Pest Control. Due to the responsiveness and professionalism of Turner's COO, I am posting this notice with an A grade for these two areas. He was extremely apologetic for the errors committed by several employees who had handled my account. After discussing all the issues that were involved, he extended the curtesy of asking how I wanted to proceed in how he could correct the situation. I replied and he agreed to take care of my request immediately. In giving honor to the COO's speedy response and deep concern for what had happened, I am posting this notice to say if I were not servicing my lawn (all organically) myself, I would definitely re-consider re-hiring Turner Pest Control Co.

Hired Turner Pest Control for termite inspection and treatment mid 2016. Today they come out and said we have drywood termites but they Don't treat or cover them!?! No where does it say in the contracts they exclude certain termites. They recommend another company to handle the job! I'm contacting our lawyer this is a scam!

Two different technicians performed these services. Both were excellent! Turner has been an exceptional service provider from the time that I first contacted them to begin service until now. They are extremely professional, thorough and polite, and the results of their work are outstanding. I have had no pest problems and my yard is beautiful, thanks to Turner. I highly recommend them.

Today I had some annual checkup and the technician did not bother to close the gate. the gate is on the side of the house, so I do not check it when I let the dogs out. the dogs were out about 45 minutes before I noticed they were gone. One is 16 years old and completely deaf and the other is 13. So after an evening of wandering the neighborhood, with one of them nearly getting hit by a car, its an easy conclusion to stop doing business with this company all together. If they or any of their employees have this little of regard for life and property, and the amount of anguish and frustration at having to track down two lost elderly pets, then I will have nothing to do with them. I advise each and everyone one who reads this review who is considering this company, this is not just a 'simple mistake' that I should get over. this is a fundamental thing that should NEVER happen to risk the lives of pets or loss of property, and the emotional and physical stress of having to track them down. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! they either don't care or don't train. period. you are letting them into your home, you should keep this in mind.
