Turner Pest Control

Today I had some annual checkup and the technician did not bother to close the gate. the gate is on the side of the house, so I do not check it when I let the dogs out. the dogs were out about 45 minutes before I noticed they were gone. One is 16 years old and completely deaf and the other is 13. So after an evening of wandering the neighborhood, with one of them nearly getting hit by a car, its an easy conclusion to stop doing business with this company all together. If they or any of their employees have this little of regard for life and property, and the amount of anguish and frustration at having to track down two lost elderly pets, then I will have nothing to do with them. I advise each and everyone one who reads this review who is considering this company, this is not just a 'simple mistake' that I should get over. this is a fundamental thing that should NEVER happen to risk the lives of pets or loss of property, and the emotional and physical stress of having to track them down. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! they either don't care or don't train. period. you are letting them into your home, you should keep this in mind.

I don't remember how much it cost, I pay for it once a year.

Excellent service, prior to coming up to the appointment they called and sent out emails advising they were on their way. The reports were detailed and sent quickly. After reading some reviews about potential issues, it is nice to see that TurnerPest went well above and beyond normal rules of customer service. As far as the treatment, they opened areas and went into crevices that other companies don't do. Very happy and would recommend to anyone looking to have their home protected from termites.

Turner Pest Control was extremely professional and kind to me and my family when they came out to our home. Customer service was superb! James Flood was the pest control guy that came out all three times to do the initial treatment as well as the follow ups and we loved the fact that he was very knowledgeable and did not mind if we asked him a hundred questions! Everybody we dealt with at Turner Pest Control including the employees that answered the phones were exceptionally polite and respectful! We are indeed very satisfied with Turner Pest Control and would highly recommend them to our friends and family in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for such outstanding customer service!!! :)

Ryan was very patient, polite, and professional during all of my questions. As a matter of fact, each technician that i have had the pleasure of dealing with from Turner Pest Control have been very knowledgeable about what they do and service. Turner was on time and took the time to walk my property and discuss what my expectations were. He explained the issues with my lawn how he would treat and expected results.

We have an old home in Riverside/Avondale area. The house is two story with a crawl space. While it took two separate trips, due to tightness of the crawl space, Turner Pest Control accomplished all the work to my satisfaction. Part of the problem was that the crawl space had low clearance and was riddled with 90 years of old pipes that were no longer in use. We have since cleared out a sizable amount of this mess. I had another pest control company that was unable to do the work. Matt Griffis, the termite technician from Turner Pest Control, is a super employee. I will name request him in the future. He was friendly and very thorough. He is one of those professionals that treated my home as if it was his own. Nice to see that those professionals are still around. A good hire by Turner.

The tech was nice and professional. We signed up for regular service.

I bought my house 11 years ago brand new and had a termite bond with Turner Pest Control the entire time during which every inspection report said I had no termite damage. When I went to sell my house the inspector immediately noticed termite damage so I had to get Turner Pest Control to come out and verify but their employee said it was old damage and Turner was not responsible for fixing it. I contacted the Claims Manager Mr. Perry and mentioned that the house was bought brand new and that Turner had inspected since the beginning so any old damage was missed by their employees for years. He agreed with me in writing and said that the claim would be paid. For over two months I have been told I will have a check by the end of that week but it still has not been issued despite a dozen calls and emails to follow up. In addition to Mr. Perry I also called and spoke with the woman who answered their main number whose name I do not recall and she said she would research and get back to me in 24-48 hours. That was over two weeks ago and I still have not heard back from her. If you are looking for a company that stands by their word and their termite bond you need to look somewhere else.

They have been really great, I simply schedule my second part that's all, they have been awesome. Just follow up with me about getting the second part of my treatment done, be more persistent.

Everytime they visited it was excellent from day one.

They did a through job spending the whole day on site trenching and drilling where necessary to inject the pesticide is a very through fashion.

I have them regularly and they are worth ever penny! I also use them for my quarterly indoor/outdoor pest Control. It covers EVERYTHING, including fleas, snakes, wasps, etc. It you have a problem with anything, they will come out and treat for it at no charge. I love Turner Pest Control!

The gentlemen who came out was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was personable and I ended up hiring them for an annual plan. They stood behind their work and overall I was very pleased.

Kevin Adkins was the technician who provided the services that day. I'd like to report what a thorough professional Kevin is. He was pleasant & informed us of all the treatment/procedures, taking time to listen to our input and questions. We hope they send him for our service on a regular basis. He scraped off the best he could the small mud nests, but explained how the wasps secret acid to build them that leaves a residue that can't be removed. That was good to know, guess we'll just have to paint over them in the spring.

There has been no improvement and they haven't showed for 2nd treatment! I also have ants on patio even though they have supposedly sprayed the perimeter on June 1st.

They came very highly recommended. I had a few issues with them canceling appointments and scheduling and stuff in the beginning, but I think they are alright. The head of some department called me and everything got taken care of. They did get back and as soon as they realized we were having problems they got it corrected. We have an annual contract with them.

I have been using them for ten years. And I would use them again if needed.

Don showed up on time, performed the inspection inside and out. He's efficient and friendly, taking time to answer my questions.He encouraged me to schedule the reapplication of product early for a discount, which included the inspection for today, rather than having me roll into a larger bill next year. As I believe prevention is better than repair, I'm glad he suggested it.

It was excellent. They are very responsive and will come right away. They are very customer oriented. I've been using them for a number of years.
