Great! Called in advance to let me know he was coming as the always do. Did a great job and left follow up information on door knob.

After a team did a huge job of clearing old growth that covered the view from my picture window, the team of planters came and did the planting. Chris did a good job of making my small garden in front of the house an asset instead of a jungle. He chose plants so that something should be in bloom almost all year. I wanted something that would not have to be replaced every year. I just wish they had a service to help keep the garden looking as good as it did when it was put in. I have had difficulty finding "weed pullers." I am retired and facing back surgery, so I don't have the ability to weed and dig roots of emerging plants from what was left after the garden was cleaned out. The pine straw mulch doesn't do anything to help prevent this new growth.

Webworms are taking over my lawn and over a week for a service request has been placed, scheduled time for inspection was made. No one showed up note called. I called back three days after the missed appointment and they said "the bugs are really bad this year and someone will get to you when we can". I'm sorry but this is your job, and I shouldn't see my lawn being destroyed by bugs because your understaffed and can't even call me nor make your appointments.

They seem to know what they're doing. I would probably would not rate them the best of the top of the line but they're adequate. They come and do their thing and I never even know they've been here except for the sign.

It has been very good. My wife does most of the interaction with them but I see them periodically. We pay $1200 a year. They diligently leave information for what kind of follow-up we need to do, whether it's watering or not watering or cutting the grass or not cutting the grass. We have a couple of gates in our yard and they're very good about making sure that the gates are closed when they leave. Usually, they will call us and let us know that somebody's coming.

They have been doing my lawn service monthly for 14 years.

I've had good experience with them. They are here every month ,and the pests if in between months there was any problem, they'd come out immediately and one time a manager came out for a consultation about a pet or grass around my patio, and I never had any problems with them.

I would give them a high recommendation.

We have had this service for about 5 years. Trads comes out 6 times a year. When needed, a call to them results in a tech coming out within 2-3 days and spray for weeds. Lawn looks great most years.

They were okay. They've been in business for a very very long time. It's one of those things where we've had them forever so I've never bothered to get anybody else, but we've never had any problem either. They go under the house, they come into the house, they look outside. They're okay. I don't they're anything special but they do what they say they're going to do. They should get more defined times but they do meet their time. When they say they'll be there in the afternoon, they're there in the afternoon.

They've been very good and very helpful. I use them all the time because they are my yearly lawn care guys. They come out to fertilize, poison out the weeds and they put some insect stuff down too because we have those in Florida. They also do extra things for me. They talked to us, gave us advice and we walked throughout the yard with them. My yard looks better than it had with the other lawn service that I've had. We've had them for about 3 years. The guy who kept my grass suggests that I use him because his mother got them and was using them. I've been really pleased with them. My yard was not looking good and they came out and started on some things, gave me advice about what to do and it's been really nice. They're a little more expensive but since the yard looks so good it certainly is worth the price.

They’re a great company. They have a landscaping company. They have a beautiful retail outlet. They also do pest control. I highly recommend them. The quarterly cost for the pest control is $100 every three months but the cost for mould problem is separate. They call me back right away. They’re always on time. I’m still using them.

We were pleased with them. They are a high quality company. The owner is an old guy I think 80 years old but he still works. He had a very prideful attitude towards plants, he has a lot of common sense. My wife likes her a lot. He has men who comes out and treat our lawn. I give him a good recommendation.

Our experience with them has been wonderful. They do what they say that they are going to do. The last time that we used them was within a week or two ago and they come out regularly. I have no idea what their service costs because my wife takes care of all of that. We use them all the time.

OK, biggest issue is weeds, they seem to never go away no matter how many times I request treatment

We receive regular applications for weeds and other lawn pests and issues like fungus. They are also very prompt in working on lawn issues that come up between regularly scheduled applications

For the first few years it went great. Then they started TREATING MY NEIGHBOR'S YARD AND NOT MINE!! This happened about four times. They would apologize only to do it again and again. And my neighbor was upset because she was using another lawn treatment company and was concerned that the double-treatments might kill her grass. This of course set me to wondering how liable I might be even though I had absolutely no control over Trad's technician's incompetence. So I just said enough and fired them. Now, for the time being they're still treating my home and office building for pests because, Hien, they're indoor tech is AWESOME and very thorough. But the outside guy needs to learn how to read addresses.

It goes well. Little disappointed that we are no longer able to pay online due to the Windows 7 upgrade.
