Description of Work: The young man that came out said the outlet was only tripped and breaker was off. I told him my husband left it off and turned the breaker off because it tripped so much. He had not checked the outlet. He was going to leave. I asked him to please check it because their is a problem. He said he would just replace the outlet and that should be fine.

Description of Work: They did not completed the work they were supposed to do for a safety inspection and left the house in an unsafe condition. And the electrician also took a home surge protector out of our panel box to show his company and was supposed to bring it back and he never did. It has never been returned. And the company has not replaced it in any way. In calling the company to let them know the job was not completed correctly they passed the buck and when I asked to speak with the electrician that serviced our home, he was no longer working there. I had to file with the BBB. Will never use this company again. They were rude to me when I asked them to come back and complete the job and there is never a reason to talk ugly to a customer. We hired a company to make sure our home was safe electrically and in bad faith they did not see it through and the electrician that serviced us was let go. Unreliable service. We called American Electrical and they came and fixed ALL the unsafe electrical needs in our home. They were very thorough. NOT like Thompson who did a half way job.

Description of Work: Found faulty receptacle and replaced it. Said they would be here between 8-10 am. I had to call at 10 and they came at 11.

Description of Work: The person who was there did make an effort to see what was wrong. Once the problem was identified, he stuck around to make sure it worked. Unfortunately, there were more in-depth problems that did not come up until another week later. The only reason I would not use this company again was when I did a follow up call with them, they did not answer until a few days later.

The technician was on time, very professional, and very friendly. He advised me through the process and completed the work quickly, efficiently, and to my great satisfaction. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.
