I am writing to share what a GREAT experience that I had working with Chris and his team (George, Mike, and Brian) in the complete staining and painting of the exterior of my home. The work that this team did on my home to restore it back to a beautiful house was remarkable! They were always punctual and professional during the entire process and not once left my property with anything out of place. They treated my house like it was their own personal home each and every day that they were here during the 2 week process. Their sister company (First Coast Home Pro) was also very professional in the preparation of the house for the exterior staining and painting. I shopped around for a company that knew their business of home staining and painting and listened to what I wanted my house to look like at the end of the project. Chris was very knowledgeable on how to revitalize the cedar shake siding with the use of stain. He came prior to the start date and used my top 3 stain choices on the house to give me a better idea of what the end result would look like. This was extremely instrumental in helping me to decide on the final color of stain that I wanted applied to the entire house. Everyone that worked on the project kept me informed of any repairs that needed to be made and they replaced any damaged wood on my house prior to staining or painting it. I had an issue with my back doors from the horrible stain job that the previous owner had done and rather than just coating it, Chris and George reached out to me with their recommendation and I agreed to strip and sand the doors and have them start from bare wood again. I cannot tell you how beautiful the doors look now. I met with multiple companies who did not listen to my request of staining and they were interested in only painting the cedar shake siding. I have receive so many compliments from people in my neighbor on how great the house looks now and have asked for the contact information for the company that transformed this house into a beautiful home. I assure you that any future painting needs that I will have will only require one phone call for me..that is to The Painting Craftman.

The men arrived on time in a company van. They were very professional. They took the time to lessen to what we need them to do. They wasted no time in getting on with the task of painting the baseboard trim and interior doors and frames. They removed door knob hardware so the finish product would look good. The painters use drop cloths and frog green tape where needed, no mess for me to clean up. Over all a good job and I would use them again. Raymond

I had purchased the 8 hour labor deal and we had two painters who did the job. They were professional and made sure the area was cleaned before they left. I will call them for any future needs.

Fabulous. Estimate was spot-on, professional, accurate. Chris Arnett (sp?) is a pleasure to deal with. Exterior and interior team are exactly what they advertise: CRAFTSMEN. Precise. Patient. Experts in their fields. Employed this group for more than 15-work days and have not been disappointed. Returned for touch-up work as promised. Courteous. They listen with two ears and understand what the customer wants. A bit pricey, but worth it. Quality.

From start to finish this company was a pleasure to work with. They are a sister company to First Coast Home Pros (Angie's List) which recommended them to us. They are top notch from the office (Rebecca) scheduling, to Chris ( estimated and oversees) to Scott and Mike (painters). Chris was very helpful in the choosing of colors as well and came out the first day of the job to check in on things. We had a glitch in one of the paint colors and it was promptly taken care of without a hitch. Scott & Mike did the actual painting and were professional, personable, and prompt. They called to introduce themselves prior to arriving and each day arrived when they said they would. Their standards are exceptional with two coats of quality Benjamin Moore paint and they pay special attention to detail. We were very pleased with their work and would definitely highly recommend them.

They were the most professional painting company we have dealt with. This is the 3rd time we have hired a painting company and they were by far the most professional. We called and schedule the estimate. They showed up on time and gave us the estimate quickly. They were timely on the job - showing up when they indicated. Their painters were professional acting and looking. I felt very comfortable that they would take pride in their work, and it showed.
