Description of Work: Have used this company for a number of years both for pest control and termite protection. Their process works. The few times I did spot an issue with pests they were extremely responsive. I loved their scheduling process too

Description of Work: They are never on time. They schedule the appointment and most of the time the customer has no idea when the appointment is. I have used them two different times (appx. one/two years each time). Not any better the second time. I have made arrangements with another company.
